Victoria UHaul on Topaz needs a lot of work educating the staff of products the person I dealt with was totally incompetent. He did not know there was a Kit of boxes and had no idea if there were hangers in the wardrobe boxes. Maybe all new employees should be made to watch the company video as I did.

Battery died every time I shut the truck off, had to jump it to get it started! Waiting for customer service to call me, I’m not happy with my service and feel I should be reimbursed. Don’t send out a bad truck for rental!

There was no one at the location when we dropped off the truck so we left our paperwork and keys in the dropbox, which was very helpful.

Thanks for being open today. The hauler was ready to go. Very helpful staff. Would have been nice to be able to get what we needed at the Salmon Arm store but they were closed. Even though the website said they were open till 1. I tried calling at about 11am and got a message saying they were closed for the holiday weekend.

The operator in Chase was excellent, he went above what was required, the only problem I had was the wipers did not work properly and there was no washer fluid in the tank, I had to stop and buy a container, driving for 3 out of 11 hours through misty and rainy conditions, I can’t really blame the workers as I upgraded at the last minute when I arrived to pick up the truck, but I guess they should have the equipment checked and ready to go..
