This location was difficult to find, given that there is another Uhaul location right down the same road. The gentleman at the "wrong" location was very helpful and wonderful and sent us right where we needed to be. Once there, the location was all self serve. The app was very helpful.Kelly R.

This location is terrible this is the 2nd time I've returned a rental and the girl at the counter says leave the rental you're all set we'll email you a receipt. The rental is supposed to be inspected upon return I shouldn't have to ask them to do their job and get attitude about doing it. I was charged for fuel wrongly the employee on the phone asked why I was complaining about 2 gallons of fuel. I'm complaining because if they did their jobs properly these things wouldn't happen poor attitude rude I won't ever use this location againMATTHEWS F.

I was charged for gas. I went less then 30 miles and put 3 gallons back in. I was charged wrongly. The bed was very dirty. Candy and random items all over the floor.Adam G.
The store wasn't open on time due to the employee arriving late, the truck was dirty, damaged, and only had 1/8 tank of gas. The location also didn't have the equipment I made a reservation for. The truck didn't run well. It was an extremely bumpy ride more so than other uhaul trucks I have rented. I also never received an apology for the employee working there. She told me all the trucks run bumpy.Richard M.

Location was basic minimum truck rental, not the typical stocked showroom with uhaul moving supplies, labels, electronics, etc. Also, customer service needs a massive overhaul. GM was overall angry with operations, phone calls, other customers... Assistant in the office was also very brief. I realize it's only truck rental, but shape it up a little, people. Mobile app was difficult to say the least, rep came in to assist, but we ordered blankets and dolly, none of which were available at this location. We were also NOT told about mileage at all and got whacked in the end - VERY DISPLEASED!!!! Truck was AWFUL - whole side of the passenger door didn't seal so the whole trip was LOUD due to the wind blowing in. AWFUL experience all around, very disappointed.Marc D.

We were sent to 4 locations in order to find a truck, that I reserved a 2 month ago. We drove all over town wasted time and gas. Each location I was told, there was a truck waiting for me. The people behind the counter were all Clueless , The best part, my first location 2939 Bailey Avenue Buffalo, They were people smoking marijuana's in front of the store. So if you want to improve customer service clean up your satellite locations, they are dirty and not safe. Also the truck I rented smelled horrible. This complaint is only for the Bailey location not 6509 transit rd location. No complaints there.Daniel S.
