This location was difficult to find, given that there is another Uhaul location right down the same road. The gentleman at the "wrong" location was very helpful and wonderful and sent us right where we needed to be. Once there, the location was all self serve. The app was very helpful.Kelly R.

This location is terrible this is the 2nd time I've returned a rental and the girl at the counter says leave the rental you're all set we'll email you a receipt. The rental is supposed to be inspected upon return I shouldn't have to ask them to do their job and get attitude about doing it. I was charged for fuel wrongly the employee on the phone asked why I was complaining about 2 gallons of fuel. I'm complaining because if they did their jobs properly these things wouldn't happen poor attitude rude I won't ever use this location againMATTHEWS F.

I was charged for gas. I went less then 30 miles and put 3 gallons back in. I was charged wrongly. The bed was very dirty. Candy and random items all over the floor.Adam G.
The store wasn't open on time due to the employee arriving late, the truck was dirty, damaged, and only had 1/8 tank of gas. The location also didn't have the equipment I made a reservation for. The truck didn't run well. It was an extremely bumpy ride more so than other uhaul trucks I have rented. I also never received an apology for the employee working there. She told me all the trucks run bumpy.Richard M.

Location was basic minimum truck rental, not the typical stocked showroom with uhaul moving supplies, labels, electronics, etc. Also, customer service needs a massive overhaul. GM was overall angry with operations, phone calls, other customers... Assistant in the office was also very brief. I realize it's only truck rental, but shape it up a little, people. Mobile app was difficult to say the least, rep came in to assist, but we ordered blankets and dolly, none of which were available at this location. We were also NOT told about mileage at all and got whacked in the end - VERY DISPLEASED!!!! Truck was AWFUL - whole side of the passenger door didn't seal so the whole trip was LOUD due to the wind blowing in. AWFUL experience all around, very disappointed.Marc D.

We were sent to 4 locations in order to find a truck, that I reserved a 2 month ago. We drove all over town wasted time and gas. Each location I was told, there was a truck waiting for me. The people behind the counter were all Clueless , The best part, my first location 2939 Bailey Avenue Buffalo, They were people smoking marijuana's in front of the store. So if you want to improve customer service clean up your satellite locations, they are dirty and not safe. Also the truck I rented smelled horrible. This complaint is only for the Bailey location not 6509 transit rd location. No complaints there.Daniel S.

After a round around of several locations, one so smoke filled it was in my nostrils for hours, this location was hosted by a very entertaining man who changed the whole experience around. I went from grumpy to at least accepting. I can't say I'm impressed with the uhaul business model but I was impressed by this location's owner who helped me and made it a bearable experience with his great sense of humor.erin K.

Your company under estimated the mileage and charged extra when i returned the truck in a day early. Truck was low on fuel (well below 1/4) broght back with 3/8 tank. Swept box of truck out before loading returned clean. According to google from truck pick up point to my sons new home 113 miles. Plus drive to storage unit in Lancaster load and return truck puts me over your mileage estimate. I have to pay extra because U Haul can't figure mileage. Bullshit!!!daniel B.

1) Ordered a 10" Truck - received a 15' Truck. While there was no additional U-Haul cost, it made move more difficult in a urban geography. 2) Personnel at time of pickup was not helpful in response to a few questions and her primary goal was to get me out the door as quickly a possible.Brian M.

The 4 wheel dolly was inoperable. The screws attaching the casters to the frame were so long they prevented the wheels from swiveling, rendering the dolly useless.James S.
UHaul switched my location due to availability. They first told me they didn't have one, then realized one came in over night. Didn't have the moving blankets had to go to another uhaul to get them. Then didn't have adapter for light connection had to go back to other uhaul again.Scott T.

First i was schedualed to pick up a 26' truck from the orchard park location at 9:00am. When i got there they did not have the teuck and sent me to the location above, which was 30 minutes away. When i got there the truck was not there. The people who had it did not bring it back yet so i had to wait an hour. The late truck is no fault of the employees but there is a failure in communication between locations and where trucks are going to be. It is not right that there was no truck where i was originally schedualed to pick one up. Over all i would not use uhaul again. You did nothing to make the hassel you created for me a better experience. I got no money off or anything. Its a poor company to do business with.Anthony S.

I would love to be contacted by U-haul to discuss the inappropriate and disrespectful behavior of the man operating your Bowmansville, NY location. When I went to pick up the truck, I could immediately smell alcohol upon entering the office. Your employee was singing and saying inappropriate things while processing my transaction. He went as far as to talk about â€œhow hard it is to keep a good womanâ€ and that â€œsome look better than othersâ€. I felt disrespected and I left U-haul feeling very uncomfortable. He also complained the entire time about his job, as if we were an inconvenience. I will never do business with U-haul again.Sarah C.
