Muffler mart is a super friendly and helpful center. All the staff and especially the manager Justin are professional, helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend all my friends in JP to consider this location for their U-Haul rentals.

The self pickup process is not very good especially when it’s 10° and your phone keeps dying in the cold. We sorted that out, but the real problem was the truck was out of gas and did not have working seatbelts. There’s also no easy way to get out except driving over the curb onto a busy road.
JESSICA FThe radio didn’t work nor did the usb and the van was dirty. The process to log on and submit drivers license should be done before the person picks up the van because it’s dark and dangerous in that area. Waiting around to wait for everything is process is crazy. There needs to be more light for night time.

HADDUSH GI still got charge for gas they said i got with QUATER TANK I DIDNT I GOT IT 56 MILES AWAY FROM EMPTIED WHICH WAS A LITTLE LESS THEN 1/2 OF QUATER. I RETURNED WITH WITH EXACTLY 1/2 OF A QUATER I WOULD LIKE MY $45 BACK
