This location was great! Full service staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rent the truck for a move..Justin pulled of the truck for me gave me a quick review of the gas and truckâ€¦.even adjusted the mirrors for me. He explained to me the after hour truck process for drop off (which I did not follow) I had a very looonnnggg day and return the truck at about 8ish. Locked it up and dropped the key I went to the self check and my phone was dead. I checked but everything was locked up I decided I would call once my phones was charged..and drove off. About 45 seconds later I remember that I didn't grab my pocket book in the truck. I PANICKED I said omg what if someone comes and grabs the truck so I turned around to I went back to station even cried from the stress and exhaustion lol. When I get be Justin is ther and also looked panicked. He had called my emergency contact! I thank him and really appreciate his kindness. GREAT GREAT!!Wendy G.

Location is ok, van is ok, and even the customer over the phone was OK but the overall check in/out process was very confusing with no instruction or staff on site to help. Cancelled my order without notifying me and I found out when I arrived at the location and had to spend an hour on the phone with Uhual to get it reinstated. Once I got the truck, the dolly I paid for wasn't in the truck and I got charged for itOleg V.
The rental process is very cumbersome. The app couldn't determine my location so I switched to the web and finally was able to get that accomplished. Getting the key - how to open the box - very confusing. I left another couple there and don't know if they ever figured out how to get theirs.JOHN L.

1. The location did not provide a dolly which was reserved at the time of booking. When called customer support about it the best that could do was provide with $7 refund. But The question isn't about 7 dollars it's about all the inconvenience that was faced during move-in/moveout. Highly disappointed. 2. The vehicle photos in the app didn't match with the vehicle provided. When I tried to update the photos, the app logged me out. And when logged in again, it showed that trip has already started and I wasn't able to upload the photos. 3. Lots of problems with the vehicle: Praking break liver was tilted on the bottom. The van was showing working like "need to replace engine oil" and something about service type and tyre pressure. The right rear blinker wasn't working. THE MIRROR WAS FIXED BY DUCT TAPE!! 4. Even after calling customer support and getting assurance of not being charged for dolly, I was charged for it. I had to call again in order to get the charges removed. 5. The fuel at the time of collecting the van, was very very low. I don't mind refueling and returning the tank at the level it was but provide the vehicle at least with 1 of the 4 bars. My roommate booked a home depot van. When I rode it, it was much more comfortable. They also provided a complementary dolly (they do it for every booking!) and also the customer service was great. They open at 6 am, close at 8pm. + you can return the vehicle till 10PM as customer support staff in available till 10PM. I would prefer home depot rental any time in the future. Cherry on the cake, THEY PROVIDE UNLIMITED MILES AT NO EXTRA CHARGES!!Shrijay K.

The van had no gas in it, the left side mirror was cracked and taped on, the rear left turn signal was out. The van on the app didn't match the van they gave me, I couldn't return it through the app because it said the mileage doesn't match. There were no furniture pads even though it said there were online. Ridiculous that it cost $80 to use a vehicle that's legitimately dangerous and would not mass MA inspection.Nelson A.

The location was convenient and the equipment was clean, but trying to navigate the mobile pick-up was a true nightmare. After two hours of struggling with the app and the mobile browser site, eventually calling the customer service line for assistance, I was finally able to confirm pick up, but trying for so long on my own to access what was advertised to me as a convenient and simple way to rent was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I experienced similar difficulties when trying to return the van, but called customer service immediately since I had learned my lesson earlier. Multiple representatives confirmed that several customers had been complaining about the app not working and had been experiencing difficulties with mobile pickup/return so it wasn't just me. In many ways, I wish I had been offered some monetary compensation for all the difficulties, since the process took extra time out of my day (with the delayed start) and having to deal with so much without an offer of some compensation for the difficulties was a bit fo a letdown.Mirabella P.

Bad neighborhood, not well lit, outdoor remote pickup only. The equipment leaked in the attic and only superficially clean on the inside. You changed my pickup location but all the moving materials were still at the ORIGINAL pickup location, so I had to drive across town and pick them up. Why weren't the moving materials ALSO moved when you changed my pickup location?ANDREW L.

Location was perfect for my needs. Justin, third generation in the business, was absolutely terrific to deal with. Despite the pouring rain, he pulled the truck out for me, had me hop into the driver's seat, and showed me where the wipers, hazard lights, headlights, gas cap, etc were all located before I pulled out of the lot. When I returned the truck five hours later, (and at the very end of his work day) he was equally great. He didn't make me feel like I was keeping him late (even though I was), asked how my day went, was I happy with the truck, etc., and chatting about areas of Maine (where I live) that he knows and loves. Justin made this, hands-down, the best UHaul experience I've ever had - and I have rented trucks and bought packing supplies from various company locations for decades.Kathleen P M.

Im only giving this experience a positive review because the manager Justin at this particular location was great but my overall experiences with the Uhaul company was poor. The truck was literally on E. The gas light was on so we could get anywhere with out stopping to gas up first. And the back of the truck was filthy all my cloth furniture go dirty and damaged with dirt stains. While drive the truck it also would randomly make louder noises and sometimes when pressing the gas. I also think it's crazy you guys advertise your trucks as 19.99 but then don't mention the crazy permile fee. WildStyvalis S.
In the week leading up to the rental I got many many many many repetitive texts asking me to complete my online check-in which involved going to u-haul.com uploading my drivers license etc. I think I did it five times and I still kept getting the texts. Finally I just started ignoring them and hoped that when I got to the rental place my U-Haul would be available.Diane J.
