I have used this location several times now and am thrilled to say I highly recommend it to everyone! Zach was so knowledgeable and helpful! Truly made a miserable task much brighter. Then having to need your company again after thinking I was done, Zachery once again came through for me, I had rescheduled and changed my order for reasons out of my control and Zach just went with the flow and never once seemed concerned, just happy to help. The location has been a U-Haul franchise for as long as I can remember. It has received some very useful updates that I know of. But the vehicle lot on the front side is small for the level of business the location gets. I think it would be beneficial to both the franchise and its customers to see if the front lot could be enlarged at all. Both customer parking and equipment return could use more space.James F.

Change the phone system. I attempted to call this location for over 4 hours and only got an automated system telling me I had a 20-30 wait. Called the next day and got the same recording. This is a small location so I don't understand why someone could not have answered the phone. Very disappointing.dana B.
The U-Haul worker that helped me was very friendly and did an excellent job setting me up. The trailer that I rented needed to have both tires replaced. Each tire had bald areas where the tread was completely worn away.Bertrum C.

I had rented a one way trip to stay within the allowed miles without paying extra, 2 days before I received an emil stating that I would be picking up in August, Me which was a round trip booking.. I called with my concerns and the customer service working understood my concerns and completely made it no problem to adjust miles allowed to keep this customer satisfied.. I did not receive the proper trailer for the job I described to the U-Haul rep. so after traveling three and one half hours to the site of the item I had perchased I had to travel another three and one half hours back to the trailer pick up site get the proper unit and then return to the unit perchased load it and travel another three and one half hours to my home which made for a very long day! The first trailer was well maintained, and clean ,but the second had what appeared to be spring yard cleanup debris left that should have been taken care of before my rental! On a good note the manager did refund my rental cost off the incorrect unit.KEVIN J.
