I will be writing a letter to corporate to describe what was the absolute worst, insulting and discriminatory experience I have ever had at any service-related business establishment. The person who handled my truck rental should be terminated.ADAM L.
Pick up was organized and efficient., but drop off was not. Trucks were lined up in the return area with no one attending them. Office was three deep line with only one employee running the store. The Regional Manager, Chris was outside cleaning the lawn mower while customers waited 30 mins for service. The employee at the counter showed no since of urgency to move customers through the process.Thomas P.

The General Manager Chris Millard had a bad attitude and was disrespectful in conversation. He demonstrated poor communication/customer service skills. When I asked about the grievance process he stated â€œthat complaints against him don't matterâ€ because there is no one above him who handles grievances/complaints at this location. 1. The V Odom location was swamped. Those poor girls need more help on a Saturday. I waited at least 15 minutes to simply return the 26' rental. 2. You should offer a discount off the price for returns under "X" number of hours. I picked this unit up at 8:15 and and returned it before 4pm. Yet I paid the same rate as if I kept it until Monday at 8 am. That hardly seems fair.Kimberly M.

Mobile check in was a disaster. Took over 45 min with very unclear directions. There was another customer there having the exact same issue. Uhaul did not provide furniture covers that I ordered. Some things got scratched as all I could do was find random towels to unpack. Movers were half hour late. Return time of the truck was less than 5 hours and I reserved for 6. Overall a good experience. Desk very informative and helpful. Truck was clean although it was not at 1/2 full in the gas tank. Took pic and noted on checklist. Check in/ return left something to be desired. Apparently internet went down and kind worker informed me after waiting almost 30 minutes. Was told receipt would be emailed. Still waitingMichael B.
Every time when I return a trailer and try to upload a picture it turns into a nightmare and the website never works. So I called the one 800 U haul number and I was on hold Saturday night for 25 minutes and still never got throughWILLIS M.

Tierra Goodman gave poor customer service. She yelled at me and gave me attitude. I was complaining that I had to put $26 of gas in the truck in that I only went 23 miles. She was very rude and could have careless with my complaint. She made is clear that she didn't care. I work in a hospital and if I acted like her I would have been fired.ROBERT C.
UHAUL was low on gas. If someone has a reservation for over 100 miles, don't rent out a truck thats below half tank.Max M.
The desk agent (also who ultimately hooked up my trailer as well) was extremely personable and helpful. She got me taken care of and out the door fast and with a smile. The only reason I ended up with 4 stars is due to the fact that I reserved a 4x8 and received a 5x8. The 5x8 was a miserable tow, that was noisy and had a shimmy at highway speeds. Seven hours with this thing behind me was tiring.Adam D.
