Your mileage fees are too expensive. You may want to consider unlimited mileage on your vehicles in some cases. Also, you need pick up trucks at all locations where you can get them.

He team made it extremely simple and easy. The other thing I would change is, my location selected for the reservation was changed and was only communicated via text. When the associate called to confirm the reservation, it would have been nice if she confirmed the location as well. I almost missed picking up the unit since I went to the original location selected first.

There attitude was different when we showed up they didn't explain how to rebook up the trailer to the truck we had to go on u-tube to find out to rebook up trailer to truck.won't ever go there again if I need a truck in aiken,sc.now the drop off in Richmond ,ha on Jefferson Davis hwy was great.

Difficult to find a place to park, especially with a trailer. Lack of Uhaul signage made finding the location difficult. There was no equipment drop off location.

Employee was unnecessarily rude. No good morning, no hello. She walked up to me and said "Can I have the keys?" when I pulled up to return the uhaul. When I was being issued my refund, she put the money on the counter instead of handing it to me. I will not be using this location again.

The cab and trailer hadn's been swept out when we received the truck, but this was very minor. The truck was great and the service to get the truck at the last minute was also great.
