Jj C | Experiencia generalWasn't able to move in due to them not being open. It was almost 4pm and they don't open on Sundays. Had to speak to customer service to schedule a different location. Great customer service ladies that helped me get everything fixed.
zaira a | ReservaciónThe unit rented was as described but sand had to be cleaned out before storing my items. Units really need to be cleaned by staff before renting.
Guy K | Experiencia generalI tried to call the place no answer or any info so I could not move stuff in the place
Jenny Q | ReservaciónStaff was friendly and really helpful , it really made my move better
William K | Experiencia generalThe owners were very nice, accommodating, and easy to work with. They had great prices too. Will use them again for my needs.
Michelle B | Experiencia generalI rented a space for 2 months. The office person was very friendly and helpful. An excellent overall experience!
Lawrence F | Experiencia generalI just want to say that I could not have received a better manager than Angelica. She was always very courteous and pleasant to me. There were times, when between jobs some years ago, that Angelica went above and beyond to assist me with waving late fees and truly won me over. Her and her husband were very kind on my last day there, as well, by providing me with bottles of water when I ran out, which was instrumental in making the move, in the sun, definitely more bearable. I will truly miss these decent Human Beings and will definitely recommend (DESERT DIAMOND STORAGE) to anyone inquiring. Thanks for your services.... ; Yuma Az
RAMONA O | Experiencia generalThe amount of dirt that gets inside the unit was uncontrollable. All of my boxes were completely covered in dirt. I was not able to take my boxes directly into my house without dirt going everywhere. I had to unload the boxes from outside my house to keep the dirt down.
Shaman M | Experiencia generalGreat customer service always treated with respect keep up the great job!!!
Juan C | Experiencia generalGreat service
ANTHONY D | Experiencia generalThe management kindly worked with me and made an extra effort to make sure that she had a unit for my things and that we would meet up early for my arrival from out of town with a loaded U-haul trailer. The sign-up process and payment went very smoothly, plus I got a very sturdy padlock to secure the unit door. I have already recommended the facility to others. Thank you.
PRISCILLA T | Experiencia generalNo one available at noon for calls or person to person assistance. Unable to even leave a voice message because someone is too lazy to clean out their mailbox. R/
Louis D | ReservaciónNot on site but office door says open. Late checking in due to no one in the office.
gregory H | ReservaciónThe staff that waited on us and assisted with the reservation was extremely helpful and accommodating. However, the storage unit was very dirty. We had to sweep it out before we could use it.
MICHAEL G | ReservaciónMy move in date was scheduled for Sunday but the storage facility was closed. I called and lady said that they cant honor the first month free. Wasted my time and will have to pick another place.
Jesus F | ReservaciónWe did not need this facility or service but in all regards to working with them, they were amazing. Very accomodating and understanding of our needs. It was a pleasure working with them.
GLENN H | ReservaciónVery helpful and eager to please.
