Mason R. | Overall ExperienceThe facility was awesome from the start ! We were only planning on being there for 6 months at most but turned out to be more than a year plus. The communication was always there and never had a problem with our stuff. Our unit was one of the big RV units so we were able to fit in our previous house of 2700 sq feet at least. Would recommend to anyone that needs a storage unit

Invaluable help. Also, assistant Kim helped me load heavy mattress into U-Box for my move back east, loaned me a hand truck, and mopped my unit and hallways immediately after I had cleared out. It was a pleasure to work with Bear River.

My only suggestion for improvement is to extend the timers for the motion detection lighting inside the climate controlled areas. Lights only stay on for a few minutes and can get too dark to see if there is no movement in the hallway.

Diana M. | Overall ExperienceWe paid "extra" for a climate controlled unit to keep our items cool, we thought. Unfortunately, it wasn't a cool climate controlled environment! The owners cool "just" the hallways to 81 degrees!!!! There are NO vents that would cool inside the units only the hallways are cooled! The air conditioner doesn't even turn on in the hallway until it's 82 in the hallways. That makes the storage units inside the rollup doors between 84 and 86°. This is not climate control environment it's HOT!!! One day it was hotter inside! this is outrageous! I do NOT suggest their climate controlled units at all!
