Jennifer B | Experiencia generalThe manager Jess was awful and would often hang up on me when I’d call for questions or she would ignore my calls resulting in me having late fees for payment cause she didn’t answer cause she was too busy being with her kids instead of doing her job as she would often tell me when I would finally get ahold of her
