Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe people are really sweet. They answered me in a timely manner. When I asked a question. I was very pleased with this facility.
MELISSA B | Experiencia generalThere are no help answer when they are ready no matter what time it is. It’s all over Facebook of countless people having their units broken into stuff stolen and they offer no help or remorse my unit was one and it was even double locked and all I got was unfortunately that happens and nothing else. Besides admitting they don’t have good security and it happens.
Krystle G | Experiencia generalGreat customer service. Professional and responsive.
Timothy F | Experiencia generalWe rented there for many many years and were 100% satisfied with our stay. We thank the owners and management.
SHERLYN L | Experiencia generalH2 Storage is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. Very poor management. They have no clue how to run a business. Bethan Hamilton is extremely rude, she likes to threaten people when questioned about her lack of math skills. Then they charge you more when you say you're taking them to court. Do not store your things there!!!
TODD W | Experiencia generalAlways helpful for any questions. Prompt and courteous staff. Very clean facility.
Lisa B | Experiencia generalAbsolutely the best customer accommodating facility. If ever I need a storage unit again, I will certainly seek a unit owned by this corporation.
Norma W | Experiencia generalBest experience I have had with a storage facility!
Cindy H | Experiencia generalI am not a people person so loved that everything could be done in text, so convenient!! Overt clean and secure. 24 hour access.
MOLLY M | Experiencia generalResponse was timely, unit was clean and well maintained. I was well pleased with my interaction with the staff.
JOHN S | Experiencia generalVery clean and well run operation.
BRUCE B | Experiencia generalBethan was good to work with. I would highly recommend this storage facility.
Carol P | Experiencia generalThe staff here are very accommodating and so their best to meet any and all of your needs. Some of the most understanding, kind and honest individuals I have dealt with.
JEFF K | Experiencia generalPrompt, professional experience with the office. Clean and secure facility. Good value for the money.
Steven / | Experiencia generalI was so glad to have a place that I could easily access to store things while I was selling my house. The texting communications was easy and the staff always responded promptly. I would definitly recommend this facility to anyone who needs to store things.
Jennette C | Experiencia generalAwesome never bothered even with overdue payments because I forgot I had a storage unit. Great people.
