The owner did some special favors for me over the years. When I was in town, I set up lighting and created an ambiance and even set up my telescope and got a lot of work done. I bet it’s the only place in the Houston metro area one can do something like that - especially if you’re a night owl like me. Also, the shelves that are installed in the unit were extremely useful.
