I have rented a unit from Keith since November 2018 until November 2021 and I can truly say that he is one of the most kind and understanding person I have ever met. He worked with me through late payments and I never had to worry about the safety of nearly everything I own. Even after all of that time spent in storage all of my stuff was a little dusty (to be expected), but still in perfect condition. No weather damage, no leaks, and not a single sign of rodent activity even after all of that time. It has truly been a great experience doing business with Keith and I absolutely recommend this storage facility to anyone who wants to know their belongings are always going to be safe.
