I rented a unit at this facility that I never ended up using. Within days of renting it, I called to cancel my rental because I did not need it. I never visited the unit, never moved anything into it, and never used the facility at all. Since then, I have made multiple phone calls and spoken with several different people, but no one has been willing or able to resolve the issue. It has now been about two months, and they are still trying to charge me for a service I never used. This situation is completely unacceptable. I made every effort to address the matter through the proper channels, but I have received no meaningful assistance. I hope management takes responsibility and resolves this issue fairly and promptly.

Kenneth W | Experiencia generalGate broken for most of this year. Appears that someone is living off and on in a motor home parked there. There was an old Mercedes parked outside my unit, hasn't moved in years with out of date tags. Never a call back from manager. Disgusted. It was great in the beginning, but service has declined greatly. Very disappointed. I had sent people there in the past, now I would not recommend it. Although cameras were installed a while ago, one is laying on ground for months without any way to tell anyone. get a better manager.

When this new company based in Florida bought the facility the made it extremely difficult to pay for your unit. All they wanted was for you to set up auto pay. Convenience for them not the customer was how they wanted to do business. That's why I left.
