She called me back promptly and even made sure my refund was processed when the unit did not work out. In a time when good customer service is a rare thing, this was a wonderful experience all around.

Rick J | Overall ExperienceMy items were auctioned off with only one late notice. My dead child's belongings were in this unit. They allowed someone access into the units at 3 a.m.although noone is allowed entrance after midnight, resulting in my items being stolen. I asked for my pin number to be changed, they said it had been, and it never got changed, also, resulting in my storage unit getting broken into. I was told there is no reason for locks due to the high security of the facility. He showed me the other units that also felt secure enough that they didn't need locks. It was my mistake for not listening to my better senses. I am having difficulty understanding why my items were auctioned off after only being 25 days late, why there was only one late notice, and why I never received the 22 emails I was told were sent to me regarding the unit being locked out. I am also having a hard time understanding the two letters that they said were mailed to me. My mail was being forwarded to my new address, and has been since March with no issues. One was certified and one wasn't. The one that wasn't should have been forwarded to me. I had asked for a print out of my account showing the emails that were sent. They have not provided them. I asked for details of my late charges and they have not provided them. I have all of my messages from the facility. Even ones that aren't automated, when they reached out personally when my card no longer had allowed the automatic withdraw. Or when replying to me about my unit when I had asked about viewing the cameras from the evening I had been broken into. But never once did I receive any emails telling me about a second late notice, or lock outs, or that my unit was going to be auctioned off. I was told they could not call me or send me mail. Why couldn't you have emailed me like the times we spoke before? And why was nothing done or even an apology after my unit had been broken into for allowing someone in after the hours you are closed, or for not changing my pin number the first time I had asked. I am extremely upset about this situation and just as I will never have my son again, I will never have his favorite teddy bear to hold either. This is unacceptable and I hope you realize not only the weight of what I am experiencing, but the seriousness of the lack of professionalism when working with me.
