I originally rented a small unit, thinking it was big enough, however once I was there it was clear I needed a bigger one. I called the office and promptly I was given another unit without any problems. I vacated the unit without any problems either, all in all I am impressed with the professionalism and ease with the process. I will use them in the future if I need to and highly recommend to everyone else.
