I called and told them that i vacated the unit 10 days before the next payment was due. They said i was not going to be charged for the next month, but charged me anyway. Have had to spend my time to dispute the fraudulent charges with my bank. Very unprofessional.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI called and told them that i vacated the unit 10 days before the next payment was due. Ross H | Experiencia generalI I had to remove my belongings out ,cuz the mice droppings all over my stuff. It's located right to a open field so there are too many mice running around that area..
EILEEN C | Experiencia generalOverall I had a good experience with you guys until I emptied my storage units. I had just paid for another month and two days later I emptied my unit and now I can’t get prorated for the month which I find ridiculous. I’ve been with you guys for more than a year. The least you could have done is prorate me for what I paid. This is the reason why I wouldn’t recommend other people to use your services.
Vicki G | Experiencia generalC & M were very good to me. They were efficient, kind, and professional. The overall unit was great, convenient, and safe. I will recommend them, and would use them immediately in the future if I needed to.
