Hello, I had a surprise after I signed my contract at Rhydy Drive Self Storage! I was told there is ceiling work that needs to be done in my unit. They rented the unit to me and waited until I had my stuff in there before telling me that. I absolutely wouldn't have rented the unit had I been told beforehand that work needed to happen on it after I moved in. (Also, it seems odd that the work didn't happen when the unit was unoccupied, before it was rented to me...) I would have greatly appreciated knowing this information in advance.

Jourdan H | ReservaciónGood experience, as always.
Deborah L | Experiencia generalToo expensive. No military discount. No discount for small vehicles like motorcycles. Tall weeds by vehicle.
Bob A | Experiencia generalThis is the place to sell your vehicle! It sold in just a few days. Very happy.
Andy M | Experiencia generalFantastic experience. The manager, Jerry is exceptional!
JAMES J | Experiencia generalMy apology for not formally informing you that the Truck sold on the August 25th. Kind regards, Pamela
Pam C | Experiencia generalThe price was reasonable, we had a small storage unit and for a short time we used the feont lot to sell a car (which sold within a month of parking it up front). Those that work there are professional, friendly and ready for any of the questions we had while we used the facility. We would use the storage facility again and will refer it to anyone looking for a storage facility in the area.
RICHARD W | Experiencia generalThe facility is run well and very convienent to access overall a very good experience
