Andrew B | Experiencia generalExcellent place and I highly recommend. My only criticism would be more/brighter lighting.
Tiffany T | Experiencia generalI was very satisfied with my storage unit and overall experience at Plattsburgh Secure Storage. The building was very clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable storing my belongings there. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful every time I called with questions. They were always patient and willing to help, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit, especially college students. Having a clean, reliable place with great customer service is a huge plus!

Pamela L | Experiencia generalThere were a few things. The main entrance, the door sticks when trying to open it. Mice were present in the units.
Kristy L | Experiencia generalThe storage facility was always clean and I never had a problem with random people just wondering around. Safe and secure. Definitely would use this facility again!

Tim P | Experiencia generalIt was easy to reserve but the rest of the proces was complicated. Because it take me many times finalize the proces. But it was okay.

Timothy L | Experiencia generalThey made storing and retrieving our stuff easy and secure.
Christine M | Experiencia generalFabulous customer service from the first day! Storage unit and area surrounding was clean and neat. One day we forgot expensive pictures out of the storage unit and went back a week later and they were still there. I would 100% recommend the storage units on Sharon Avenue to everybody. To me what is most important, was how professional and courteous yet friendly and helpful the girls were in the office. THATS what would make me use this facility again!
Wendy L | Experiencia generalThank you for your great service and for helping us with our storage needs.
David J | Experiencia generalIt was excellent all the way. I had an emergency and everyone was very helpful and helped me solve my problem. Special Thanks to Kurt and Bambie.
Charles L | Experiencia generalBambi and Curtis were great. This was my first year storing my motorhome. I was a little concerned about storing it anywhere. But, dealing with the staff at Plattsburgh indoor storage made me feel comfortable storing it. My experience could not have gone any better. I will definitely store my motorhome at 11 Spellman Road again!
