Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haul"Veda," as I learned to call her was so friendly, kind and patient from the first time I talked to her each time in between and my final days. Thank you for hiring a person who actually cares.
Patricia F | Experiencia generalThe best part of this entire experience was Vada. She was always willing to assist with any problems or questions and followed through until the end. You must be very grateful to have her.
Helen G | Experiencia generalDidn’t realize until I moved my stuff out that the unit was leaking and I had water damage to my bedroom set and my mattress.
Vashonda L | Experiencia generalThe staff was professional, friendly, and helpful in resolving my storage issues. Special thanks to the office manager. The storage facility I rented was perfect for my need. The pricing was reasonable and fair.
Sondra P | Experiencia generalVada is an amazing manager. She went above and beyond.
Lauri G | Experiencia generalWe had a huge panel missing from the front of our storage unit right above the sliding door. I asked multiple times was it going to be repaired. Our unit was broken into because you could literally just jump in it and take what ever you wanted so that’s what folks did. We had so much stuff stolen. Called the office so many times and it was never repaired. But the bill kept coming every month. They have a very very very short selective memory. They will hold up to nothing they say. Be warned.
Kenny M | Experiencia generalPerfect service!
Kiara M | ReservaciónI rented a storage unit from David for years. He and his staff have always been great for accommodating our needs. I would highly recommend them to store your belongings, and are very reasonable.
DERIK W | Experiencia generalThe attendant at this location is very nice and very helpful. However I wanted a smaller unit than they had available at this location. She helped me find one at one of their other locations.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesNice facility. Gated. Easy access to units.
