I moved out of the unit on time, but the office is only open until 2 pm. So we were a day late notifying the office (25th of the month) and they wanted to charge us for an extra month. Would not give back my deposit. I have never been treated so rudely as I was by the owner, calling me a "stupid woman" and threatening to send it to collections. I will never recommend this facility.

John ( | Overall ExperienceOne Sunday I wanted to put some things into storage but the gate was locked with a 2nd padlock. I called the emergency number to ask about access and they politely told me they would send someone soon to unlock it. I went home and waited a few hours with no reply. So I called the number again to find out the situation. The man on the phone then proceeded to berate me and patronize me about a pandemic going on and he would educate me about it. He told me he could tell my age that I had no idea. On a side note I work in a pharmacy and would be considered a "front line" worker so I know full well what's going on. I went in the next day to empty my unit one week before the end of the month, and spoke to an employee inside. He said he would talk to the office and they would e transfer my deposit back. I called again and they said they are looking into it. Waited a few more days called again. This time the same guy proceeded to lecture me again, very rudely, and then said take me to court and hung up on me. Long story short rent some where else.
