I chose this facility because it was allegedly climate controlled. It was not properly climate controlled. Many times when I went to the facility the air conditioning was not functioning and it was extremely hot and humid inside. I notified the office and owner several times of this issue. As I was moving my stuff out, I noticed they had a new unit, so maybe the issue is now resolved (but it being November, I don't have a way of knowing that for sure). There were also water leaks that damaged items I had stored. With the water and high temperature, mold grew on some boxes and furniture, resulting in me having to throw away items. Overall, it was not a positive experience, with the convenient location being the only real positive.
