Rudy Y | Experiencia generalExcellent facility. Clean and secure. Really helped me in an emergency. Tanya was so sweet and professional. I appreciate her kindness and courtesy so much,
Kay T | Experiencia generalI would highly recommend this storage facility. Scotty went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. He was very helpful and professional.
Chad G | Experiencia generalGated access, a fenced and lighted lot, video surveillance, and on-site management were the criteria we used to select Highway 10. However, the saying, “it’s not always as it appears” holds true with our experience here. Living hours away from Little Rock, we decided to store our camper between two planned visits. We toured several storage locations and ultimately selected Highway 10 because of the safety features. We dropped our camper off April 9th, installing two locks on the trailer’s tongue. Scotty assured us he would closely monitor it by walking the lot daily and regularly observing the surveillance monitor. As additional assurance, he would attach a complementary wheel boot to the camper. We told him we would return at the end of May to pick the camper up. On May 18th, we received an email informing us that our lease had been terminated. We immediately called Scotty and were informed that our camper was no longer on the property. In fact, it had been “removed” from the lot sometime during the first part of May. We promptly contacted the police and requested Scotty review the video surveillance tapes in the meantime. Much to our surprise, the tapes were only kept for 7 days and for some reason, he chose not to put the complementary wheel boot on the camper. Undoubtedly, both could have identified/deterred the thief. Now, after spending two months working with the police and the insurance company, we have concluded that our camper will not be recovered. If you choose to rent at this facility, please be aware that the advertised features are misleading.
Steven J | Experiencia generalScotty was the best.
BUTCH L | Experiencia generalGenuinely the best experience I've ever had with a storage facility. Scotty is the most helpful and caring guy in this industry. 10/10 recommend.
Chris S | Experiencia generalStaff went above what I expected! Highly recommend!
Denise S | Experiencia generalScotty is the best at finding a solution tailored to your needs. Great customer service!
SUSAN B | Experiencia generalThe on-site property manager, Scotty Sutton, is among one of the most genuine, customer service driven individuals I’ve met.
Chris S | Experiencia generalThe management (Scott) was exceptional in every way, this facility is well maintained, safe and managed in a most professional way, Thanks for making a moving and storage job more enjoyable with great management! Good choice for choosing the employee with great customer service!
JANICE T | Experiencia generalSusan was great, the new guy managing has been caught in multiple lies by multiple customers. Double my rates, said it was market price, not true, I'm now paying less for the same size in a different place, that's brand new, cleaner and more secure.
Rob B | Experiencia generalHighway 10 Storage was the best storage experience I have ever had. If I ever need storage again I will be back. Highly recommend.
RENEE H | Experiencia generalGreat storage facility....lots of room to manuver around. The on site manager is very nice and helped me out alot when I recently moved to Little Rock from out of state. Highly recommend !!!

George D | Experiencia generalI have moved often over the last four years with work. Finally settled. By far, very courteous and professional staff, easy access and well maintained.
GUILLERMO D | Experiencia generalWe were very pleased with the storage unit and the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was wonderful in helping with a move from a smaller unit to one for our RV. We would still be renting at Hwy 10 storage if we had not moved from the area. We highly recommend this facility.
TERRY V | Experiencia generalThe manager Susan was very friendly and professional. I really appreciate her helpfulness!!
KENDALL J | Experiencia generalMoved out and had ants in some of my boxes. Unit flooded and should be fixed for future tenants
