When this storage facility was purchased from the previous owners, they have been very difficult to work with. As a non-profit organization, that needs monthly invoices to process a check each month (which they were informed about immediately) their response has been, "Well we don't send out invoices." I politely explained that The Salvation Army requires a monthly invoice in order to process a payment. Without an invoice we cannot send a check. In the meantime, Serenity continued charging late fees. With the previous owner, we paid for 1 unit and the other unit had always been free. We were given ample notice that the second unit would by charged after the first of the year, however access to the units were denied until full payment was received, yet they did not want to produce an invoice so a payment could be made. When a customer continues to request an invoice, gives proper information stating what our needs are, then refusing to provide proper documentation or doing so last minute to receive payment while charging late fees is extremely unprofessional. The employees were willing to do what they could, albeit very last minute, however the owner has been very unprofessional and unwilling to work with us. I would NOT recommend this facility. We have been willing to pay for the facility, but getting an invoice to make any type of payment has been very difficult and expensive with the additional late fees The late fees were incurred due to not receiving invoices in time to make timely payments.

Jimmie w | ReservationStorage unit was good and as expected, gravel lot in places needed work. It was flooding in front of our unit when moving and one night i ran into a hole and damged my truck bumper it was so deep.
Jacob B | Overall ExperienceWe had a unit with them for 2 years. We usually paid in advance. We were 3 days late I'm guessing because of Pres Bush's death making a bank holiday. So they double locked us out and were rude!
CHRISTIN/REX M | Overall ExperienceOur storage unit did get broken into once while there, but the staff was frieny and helpful and fixed the problem. We paid for additional insurance.
