KIMBERLI W | ReservaciónI had a wonderful experience with Ft Knox mini storage.
JAMES F | Experiencia generalJaclyn was always helpful & friendly. I appreciated all of her help!
LINDA F | Experiencia generalExcellent place to store your stuff.
JOANNE V | Experiencia generalTerrible customer service. I scheduled a reservation for move in on a Saturday. Business hours are posted 9-5 on Saturdays. When we arrived, the business office was closed with no one there and we would not get into the gated storage area. I called the business number and was told they would see where the person supposed to be working was. Then got a call back stating that they’re actually closed some Saturdays, although this wasn’t posted on the door with the business hours. I inquired why I was authorized for a reservation/move-in if they weren’t actually scheduled to be open, and the person blamed this issue on U-Haul. But originally said they needed to check on who was working?! We had to go to a separate business location to actually complete the reservation, without first seeing the unit, as we had arrived with two separate vehicles packed with belongings to store and didn’t want to waste our time. Very unorganized/unprofessional.
KAYLIN K | ReservaciónWhat company is only open till noon. I had a confirmed arrival for 10/27/23 with no mention of your operating hours. Very unprofessional.
Kerry G | ReservaciónThe facility was nice; however, the staff was always so extremely friendly and helpful which really is the game changer for me. Would definitely use this facility again solely due to the onsite staff as well as the customer service team that I spoke to on the phone.
STEPHEN P | Experiencia generalWhen I first came to Fort Knox Storage, greeted by Jaclyn I was greeted and all my questions were answered. Everything was explained and I was sure that we made the right choice using your storage unit.. you have the right person at your desk , friendly Informative and a true Lu welcoming person..
DELORIS M | ReservaciónThe staff is really nice!
GRACE S | Experiencia generalSafe, friendly, and well maintained.
DIDRIK K | Experiencia generalThe office manager was excellent just moved to another location that was closer to where I needed it
KAREN W | Experiencia generalMiss jaclyn was very pleasant to speak with, she was very in formative well spoken, i would definitely refer and rent again. Thank u all farewell untill we meet again!!
JOSHUA C | Experiencia generalI was only there for a short period of time but I would highly recommend Fort Knox to friends and family!!
AMY R | Experiencia generalUnit was infested with mice.... many dead in boxes
RICHARD W | Experiencia generalEvidence of mice on my furniture. Water seeped into unit. Not happy with that.
DONALD K | Experiencia generalWent to remove my belongings to find mouse droppings in almost every bag and corner. My clothes were wet and moldy.
HAYLEY J | Experiencia generalThe manager was very professional, polite, and thorough. It was a pleasure doing business with her and I would recommend others because of her.
KEVIN H | Experiencia general3 lot raises from the time I arrived to the time I left in just a couple years. $55 for a patch of dirt that is covered in fallen sticks, thrown about gravel, debris, leaves, trash from the boat garage company next door. I started at $30 and finished at $55. Just excessive and disappointing.
