Finally everything went smooth during my move. Nice people no hassle. Hard to find these days.

Cj O | Experiencia generalEverything went real smoothly .Kinda surprised for these days. Cheapest place in Kaufman.
Cj O | ReservaciónMy initial experience with Tyler was rude and unprofessional. June 13, I moved my things in. GRASS was tall and the storage structure was surrounded by a lot of waste and debris. EXTREMELY difficult to get to the unit because auto shop parked their customers cars TOO FAR OVER. HUGH HOLES around storage structure. June 27, I moved out. That’s a total of 15 days. No prorated rate was APPLIED or OFFERED.
Margie L | Experiencia generalI’m not happy with being able to access the unit. The staff I coordinated with were rude and unprofessional. The staff was a parttime employee who was out of town and had no backup. I will not be able to access unit until Saturday June 13, 2026. The contract said my card would be charged when I moved in, but my card was charged for reservation fee and another charge already Not a good.
Margie L | Reservación“Great self-storage facility in Kaufman, Texas. The service was excellent, staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient. Clean, secure, and easy to access. Highly recommend!”
William B | Experiencia generalI will never use y'all again my stuff was stolen. Rodent droppings and pee all over my stuff. Disappointed in your guys ability to make the situation right. Sitter clear of this storage I had to wash my stuff 3 or 4 times to get the stemch out
