Kelly H | Experiencia general- Move in experience went really well and was incredibly easy and efficient - We recently purchased a home in Elburn and wanted a nearby storage unit to move the stuff I currently have in storage in West Dundee from my old apartment - We wanted to make it a goal in 2025 to go through some of this stuff and organize it, move it home, or donate it…etc. - The rental process is extremely convenient - Made a reservation online on December 26th and Tim had me all set up by December 27th at 6:30am - Great customer service by Tim! - I chose this unit b/c it’s brand new which means it should be nice, has a gate, requires an access code, and is only a few minutes away from us - The unit should help us get organized in 2025; great customer service - very fast & everything was online which was convenient; Tim was very friendly and quick to respond
