I had made the reservation on the app to reserve my storage space, which was fast, easy and convenient. I got an ad I was able to get a free month for renting moving truck. Upon arrival to the storage place I reserved the lot at I was told to go to a different location when trying to get into facility I was told it was to late it was going to take 20 mins to get my storage and he did not have time come back tomorrow. I also inquired about the deal being offered when renting a U-Haul truck, I was told no they don’t honor it & I could just call U-Haul company to cancel and get my deposit back on my reservation. I was very confused and felt disregarded by the staff and don’t like how they treated me. I was very rushed and dismissed which was by far the worst I’ve experience I’ve ever had at a U-Haul.
