I would always have to call the phone number when needing help because no one was in the office. Also may consider replacing the key pad for entrance because it wouldn’t open quite a bit of times so I’d have to call owner to open it remotely.

Sandra E | Experiencia generalThe owner was very polite. The facility is easy to access even after hours. I felt secure storing my property there. Highly recommend.
Valerie V | Experiencia generalStaff were very friendly and were always reachable to discuss any issues that might have come up. Will use again if I ever move back to Alamogordo NM
William W | Experiencia generalAs it turned out I did not need to utilize the storage unit, and canceled my reservation prior to the term. However, Ernesto , the site manager was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the opportunity.
Chris P | Experiencia generalThe owner is very kind, but my unit was infested with rats. Due to the feces and urine on everything I had to throw out most of my stuff, which included newer couches. I paid for the unit for over 2 years and lost more than half of my belongings. I wouldn’t recommend.
Marrissa R | Experiencia generalthere was a unit open when i needed and was able to move out without any issues.

ALBERT H | Experiencia generalThanks for a wonderful experience.
Caroll R | Experiencia generalI came from Las Vegas with the intention of a quality storage unit and had no way of entering the storage area and no one at the facility. I tried calling the number on the gate and no one answered. I had to cancel my reservation so to the lack of service and would not recommend this place. Apparently there isn’t a office at this location and there’s no way of contact.

Leiandra G | Experiencia generalThis is one of the nicest storage facilities I have ever used. Secure, lighted, well maintained, great customer service. If I am ever in need of another storage unit, this is the place I will be going!
Cheryl G | Experiencia generalOur unit had mice in it that ruined a lot of our things. Including an expensive bed. We also were loyal customers for over 4 years. The rent went up way too high for anyone to be able to afford. There isn’t enough lighting to be able to see after hours anything.
ANGIESZKA E | Experiencia generalNo problems ever. Would usu again if needed Thank you

ERNESTO M | Experiencia generalI am thoroughly disgusted with the Cottonwood Storage /u haul of Alamogordo New Mexico. My storage unit was broken into back in July and I was only recently notified by Suzanna Martinez in December when I discovered an unknown lock on my unit. An entire household and yard full of pictures knickknacks blankets towels sheets dishes A washer and dryer set and an antique wooden swing were all stolen. An expensive I love Lucy doll collection are among some of the many many items. stolen. The worst things taken were all my children’s baby books and momentos, a deceased child’s pictures and my deceased Mothers personal items, all gone forever. Police were notified and were also as shocked as I was that I was not notified in July as there may a chance to recover some of my items back then. I have made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I am contacting the Attorney generals office as well. I am demanding a full refund of my storage fees from July 2020 to December 2020 as well as $1000 for pain and suffering of the loss of my deceased child and mothers personal items.
RHONDA S | Experiencia generalWe found out they are no longer affiliated with u-haul and that we would have to pay for the 2nd month to get the free month. We just rented 2 trucks this month and need 1 more and cannot afford stora
