I needed to delay the pickup time and when doing it online, it would only shorten the time I had to rent. Took a long time to call the Court St. Pasco site and kept getting looped into the automated system. So, I showed up early and hoped. The previous renter had not brought it back and I just had to wait while I had people at the moving house. They gave me a serial number for a dolly that was not available and took a picture to fix it. They tried to charge me for two days rental because the "system' calculated it wrong because they did not adjust the return time. They did figure that out. Then I get an automatic notice 2 days later that the equipment had not been returned. It took me more hours to get through on the phone to get that straightened out. Finally got a correct bill and there were 2 dollies on it - the missing one and the 2nd one they actually gave me. The bill was adjusted. The people were friendly and courteous. However, the entire process was frustrating and took almost as long as the move itself.

When I picked up my truck and trailer I told them I could not return them sooner than 3pm on 8/13 and was told that was no problem. When I returned them today the 13th before 2pm I was charged and extra day for each. My paper said returned by 9am ( my fault that I assumed that had been corrected). I don't feel I should have been charged for extra day since I knew there was no way for me to return at 9am. We do a camp for foster kids and we're unloading starting at 9am.

We were charged a full moths rent for all four boxes, despite only having them for one week. We have spent close to $6,000 with Uhaul this year, so being nickel and dimed at the end is incredibly frustrating. I can't say I would recommend this service in the future.

The lady who I returned the truck to in Pasco was very rude to me. I was told it when I returned the truck early I would receive compensation for the days not used and she did not compensate me and told me that it was not her problem that it was the problem of the place I rented from. So I'm upset that I paid for extra days that I didn't need and was not compensated for that.

The only positive part of my visit here was the lady who did the vehicle return, was very courteous and cut me some slack on extra fees. The truck I had was in "BAD" shape.

Other than Tiffany the staff was unorganized and inefficient. Tiffany proved to be extremely helpful or we would have spent another 1.5 hours at the location.The inside of the facility was dirty with overflowing trash cans and the bathroom was unclean as well.. The a/c was set at 80 and it was extremely uncomfortable in the waiting area. This was a Sunday and They opened at 9:00 am and only had 1 staff member inside and 1 receiving rented equipment. We were 3rd in line and it took almost 1 hour to get our reservation. Please avoid this location until changes in service are made.

I had pre-reserved the truck ahead of time but it still took 1 hour to finish picking up the vehicle. There was a longer line than the two people on staff could handle quickly. In addition, there was an issue with the recorded mileage on the pickup. The picture I took of the dash to record actual milage prior to leaving would not work or adjust the mileage. The employees couldn't help either and we ended up removing the contract and starting over from scratch. Returning was not an issue, but pickup was very long.

Put location bar codes beside the key lock boxes and key drop off locations OUT OF THE SUN! The bar codes and UPC images were so sun faded as to be unusable. Very frustrating and a waste of employee time because they have to step in and help, which negates the ease of internet pick up and drop-off.

The actual delivery staff was AMAZING. Calling in no fewer than seven times and being told “I can't help you but our “Ubox” person will call you back asap” and receiving ZERO return calls about my concerns was NOT amazing. I'm not amused. Seriously. Seven calls, not a single call back that would have answered my concerns. Seriously?

The location itself had great staff that were truly helpful. However the equipment was absolutely horrendous. The windshield was so filthy and buggy when rented to me that when the sun hit it you were nearly blind. The drivers door panel was so loose that it made this obnoxious banging and rattling sound while driving. The loading ramp was broken to a point that when being retracted back into the truck someone had to lay on the ground underneath the truck and help guide it back while someone pushed the ramp in slowly as to not cut someone's finger off. The brakes must have been warped as any sort of braking more than the lightest touch resulted in the truck shaking and shuddering aggressively. The window roll up handle was missing the knob on the drivers side. Tires were almost bald. But hey the A/C blew cold which is a new feature from Uhaul. Over all the staff were fantastic. But my word was the equipment absolutely destroyed. I can't believe they have the nerve to charge $1.60 a mile.

Due to no part of UHaul, our move was a crazy mess! We didn't have the right size truck, we didn't have enough time on our rental and had to consider multiple options to get our move done. The people at the Pasco office absolutely came through for us. Found us the right truck, were able to extend our rental, and overall just made our lives easier! The pick up location was fine. However, I wa not called on July 8th as the contract said to change my location. I went to the place I had requested, expecting the equipment to be there, but was told I had to go to pasco. When I got there, they did not have the trailer I requested either. I had to settle for the next size down. I feel I should get some compensation back.

Honestly, I had bad expectations from U-Haul as a company. Nothing to do with this particular location, I just had bad experiences a long time ago with U-Haul. I must say that I was extremely impressed with the process. U-Haul delivered as a company exactly what I would expect. My truck was a newer truck. Which was great! It drove great. Very thankful, as I was moving 4 hours away. I think it was priced fair, which is hard to find these days! Everyone is price gouging and it's sad! Glad to see U-Haul taking the high road! Overall, very impressed! ¡Gracias!

Twice I have had occasion to necessitate renting a vehicle hauling trailer. Because of our experience, we exclusively sought that from U-Haul. Both times, I had hoped for a one way rental. The ONLY location with availability is near my home, requiring me to drive to my destination with an empty trailer. Now you know backstory. My suggestion is to put a notice about the purposeful limmited availability of vehicle hauling trailers. A reservation with, your required lead time, is needed for the availability the end user needs. That way the end user does not spend a day searching in ever widening circles for an item. Based on population demographics in those ever widening circles, there should certainly have been an availability. My result was the same on both occasions. A third occasion searching, technically would have established a pattern, but that will not happen again.

I'm not sure you fully understand what happened with whole trip. I was given the wrong truck. Truck was dirty. The truck I got had engine issues which I believed caused the $456 in fuel cost. Not to mention the truck would not go faster than 50 mph on hills. So that added an extra 2 hours to my trip. I'm not trying to be difficult but it's real frustrating when I pay over $1,200 for a rental and it's nothing but problems from start to finish. Terrible customer service! I will never rent equipment from a company again.

So far, I've had a terrible experience with Uhaul. I had to pick up the Ubox, even though it was supposed to be delivered. Picking up the Ubox was terrible because the system seemed to be malfunctioning and it took about 2 hours to pick it up. When I finally got the Ubox, the trailer was very bent and damaged. To make things worse, my Ubox was supposed to be picked up today (7/9). It still hasn't been picked up and I have not received any explanation why. The staff at the location (Melissa in particular) were helpful, but the overall system and availability of equipment made our experience terrible.

Employees could be a friendlier. And I gave the lady my driver's license and saw the correct way of spelling my name and they didn't correct the spelling of my name. I had been told in the past I could take extra boxes I buy back, if I don't use or need. Never was told I needed my receipt to return. So to my surprise I was taken back some boxes and got told I could not return them cause I did not have receipt. So back to the misspelled name how do I get that corrected.

We tried for over a year to get a larger storage unit(was a customer for 2years) and we asked about getting on waiting list and we're told we would just have to keep calling back and hopefully one one be available. We did this almost every month for past year. Then… finally went with an outdoor unit (over phone) was told "yeah, no problem, we have it reserved for you"- told her we wouldn't be moving in for Couple of weeks, but we would start paying. When I arrived to move in-they did not even have us down for one, saying a reservation doesn't really mean we would get one anyway. WTH? And then we're told there were none open. Somebody "just reserved the last large unit". So…our reservation didn't mean didly squat, but now somebody else's does?! We moved out. The customer service has always sucked and we have had enough. There is a reason this UHaul on Court Street Pasco only has a 1.5 rating! No names on employee shirts so I cannot tell you the young lady who needs to be reprimanded. She is also VERY unfriendly at the counter and did not check us out properly. Told me they would walk back with us to make sure it was clean…but then did not. She never smiles or looks at customers in the eyes. More training and capable staff is required. Will never recommend this place or rent from them again.

After multiple phone calls to U Haul I was told I could drop off U Haul to a location that was near where I relocated. However, upon arrival I was told that was mis information. Had to deliver the U Haul to a different location. I was Already under enough stress, $351 later and hopeful that U Haul would have been more helpful as well as accommodating to their customers. That was not the case.

When I arrived to pick up my reserved u haul, the person at Pasco u haul just sat in her chair looking at her phone and said sorry I can't help you. To which her manager replied to and said “I'm so sorry our power just went out, everything is down” I called the uhaul 1-800 line and got in touch with a customer service person. Their only reply to my situation was “Jesus Christ can I ask you to bring your phone to someone who works in the store? They aren't answering the work phone” so the customer service specialist helped me out. When I returned the reserved equipment, the parking lot was backed up almost to the main road. Walked inside to find about 6-8 customers waiting in line, the manager was on speaker phone with one of her employees and they were talking about why the employee didn't show up for their shift, or even call the manager to tell her she wouldn't be in for her shift. I.e no call no show, and the manager was TALKING ON SPEAKERPHONE ABOUT IT IN FROMT OF 6-8 CUSTOMERS, while also not helping them. Overall, an absolute laughable experience, this was the biggest joke of an establishment that I've ever spent my money on.

On the website, it tells you that the 10 FOOT TRUCK (which looks like an 8x8 box) will hold a studio or one bedroom apartment.... I literally could ONLY fit kitchen boxes, clothes and that was IT!!!! (I did not own that much kitchen & clothes) I WASTED SO MUCH MONEY ON THIS MOVE!!!!

Other than the fact that I did not get a climate controlled unit that we requested, and that I got locked inside the building once, our unit was clean, easily accessible and access during business hours was very good. Safety was our major concern and we always felt secure. Overall experience was downgraded only on availability for access to the unit, not on any other factor. thank you!

Had a minor hiccup accessing my second unit today but the customer service gal Essence was very friendly & efficient and did a great job assisting me. Also, I forgot to bring my ID when I went to the register and I appreciated that she waited for me to get it & checked it to make sure I wasn't a random person trying to get into my unit.

My card worked for a few days then it quit working. I was then instructed to put in a code in the pad. I was not trained how to use the pad. It took me a few tries to learn how to use the pad. Other than that it was a goid experience. Gracias

Tryed to book in person but guys don't seem to know what they are doing. Guy spent 20mins trying to get me set up but in the end told me he would have his boss call me. Which by the way he never did. I finally booked online

Your manager Yvette Rios made everything smooth as I dropped off my U-haul in, Pasco Wa., and provided me with storage. I was not impressed with my experience in Olympia. I had to go 60miles out of my way to get a trailor for my car. This involved un planned time. It may have been in writing by u-haul but was not communicated by the manager. It was difficult to get a hold of the manager there. She was not present or reacheable by her staff when I had a few issues to take care of. I will say Olympia has an excellent mechanic staff who stepped in to fix my trailor that was broken and figure out the problem so I did not lose my car on the way to Richland. A major part the winch to hold the car was put on backwards. You might want to see how long this part was upside down which could have had devastastng results. The manager was not at the store and I am not sure what they would have done for me if this could not be remedied. The manager and independant operator in Yelm helped me with the trailor and helped me as well to smooth out my overall experience with U-haul in Olympia. Overall my experience was even pretty good at both stores, but overall Yvette was excellent, perhaps she should be promote to a regional manager position. Thank you. The truck was in great mechanical shape and everthing was as smooth as could be when I arrived in Richland. Thank you. By the way the reason I dropped off in Pasco, was the store was open on Sunday and had storage available. I do want to emphasize that Olympia was good but Pasco wins the Gold.

Most of the time the security was fine but as I was moving stuff out the doors you have to have a code to access were broken for a while according to what I was told so anybody can walk in at anytime.

Didn't realize the storage unit access was 24hr hours. I assumed it was only 7-7 on Saturdays as noted on the sign near the pin pads. Very clean, busy & secure facility. Friendly staff.
