I rented a car dolly and found that the ratchet mechanisms for the tire hold-down straps were rusty and difficult to operate. These trailers are exposed to the elements year-round and could use better maintenance (or better corrosion-resistant materials) to make them easier and safer to use. Other than this, the trailer and rental process worked very well.

They asked us how many miles we planned on traveling and we didn’t know the exact, so we guessed and got charged for going ten miles over. A little silly. But other than that it was fine. I guess next time we will guess higher

Been at this location many times over the years, it is always so so slow to get service there. I've been at other locations in way more populated areas where it is much faster than here. I thought maybe the first couple of times I just hit bad timing etc. But it is slow every single time. In addition do not like the fact that employees used their personal cell phones for part of the checkout and checkin process, including taking pictures of driver lic.

I got a call the next morning saying i didn't return the uhaul but the key was at the place and i was told i wasn't checked back in.

My experience started out bad. I got there and started to confirm myself. Got through that without a breeze, went to unlock the truck, No lock like there was suppose to be, and No keys. Thank God I went during business hours otherwise I'd have been paying for an truck that I couldn't even use. The guys had the keys inside even though it was labeled dispatched. I got into the truck to start checking it out, instantly a RR Tire low pressure signal came on, I hadn't even moved. I couldn't confirm the odometer properly because the message was in the way and I had NO idea how to clear. I went to find an associate, which was at 7PM, their closing time. So of course the guy was in a rush to get out of there and wouldn't even listen to my complaint. Just kept telling me it was okay and that it was a bad sensor. Uhm okay? Cause that makes me feel safe. Then, I go to pull out of the lot. The trucks were parked so close together the mirrors were hitting each other and the passenger door wouldn't register as closed. It would latch, but wouldn't seal. The transmission felt like it was slipping. I was terrified to drive this truck, but I had stuff I had to move ASAP. I had a pretty crappy experience. The only positive was the guy inside (bigger guy. Not the skinny scrawny one) was super nice and helped me find the key to the truck.

Gregory Doud was fantastic - helpful and patient and needs a special shout out. 26 ft truck was amzing - good performance driving over the mountains of Colorado. Only .1 minus was that when I picked up the truck it only had a 1/4 tank of gas. It took a little calculating to get close to 1/4 when I turned it in.

all of the information entered by me into the Uhaul national website to make a reservation must be repeated by me when picking up the equipment. The national database should be shared with local U-Haul businesses.

I can’t think of anything you could have done to improve my experience. Casey (who delivered my boxes) was very helpful, friendly and professional. There was a minor change in my order, I had two boxes going to two different destinations. She took care of making the correct modifications and both boxes arrived in its respective location. I also had a reason to go into the Pasco location as I wanted to document the numbers of the boxes just in case there were any issues and the young men at that location were also very helpful, accommodating and professional. This is a location U-Haul should be very proud of. If I had my own business I would have tried to steal them from you. ??

Pasco Washington U-haul is a joke. With a reservation I ended up waiting 30 minutes, only to be givin a dirty truck with less gas then they told me was there. After taking pictures of everything, gas gage included, I used the truck and returned it to a much better location at the Gresham Oregon U-haul off Burnside who accepted my grievance and made things right. Pasco Uhaul (Court st.) is unprofessional, and I would not recommend there service to worst enemy's.

Only thing i noticed on trailer was the tie down mecanism was hard and had rust....maybe adding oil/grease would help to tie the straps easier. Other than that excellent service by staff.

Completed online reservation because it’s says it saves time. Got to the UHaul store and had to wait an hour while the 2 employees checked in 3 people that didn’t have online reservation. Store needs to have more than 2 employees on the weekend and an express check in for those that complete their reservation online.

Van was cleaned but roof in the rear was leaking water & was getting my stuff wet. Wasn’t really happy about that as I was trying to keep my stuff from getting wet or else I would have hauled it with my open trailer.

Local facilities in SC and NC were very helpful, courteous, professional and committed well and frequently. Then the UBoxes shipped and communication STOPPED. The delivery was delayed at least twice. The NeedHelp? person in Pasco was GREAT (Gregg McKenzie). The shipping portion was an exercise in frustration and futility. The local store in WA contacted me when the UBoxes arrived. No one kept me posted on the delay. Trying to contact the Pasco store from my end was impossible despite repeated attempts. After this experience I would NOT use this service again. It's unfortunate because prior to this UHAUL was my go to moving service. No more.

We had storage at this facility and needed to remove our belonging. We requested a truck rental they brought out a truck all beat up dirty and what appeared to have a flat tire. My husband requested a different truck they said they had none. My husband inspected the tire and told them the valve stem was torn and was unsafe .

Truck had a low tire, I had rented this same truck the week before and told them about the low tire, second time was even lower. Gas gauge was not correct on the rental form, but I filled back to that mark. That is total BS. Windshield wipers are shredded, and it rained, Again BS that you can't even replace wiper blades.

Equipment was very clean. We did not notice until the following morning (before daylight) that the passenger side headlight was not working. We did mention this upon return of the vehicle in Astoria, OR.

Train your staff on how to process a rental for a cooperate account that has a credit card attached to it in stead of demanding a personal card even though we rented the same truck the week before and they were able to find the company card on file then.

Drop off location tried for an hour to get contract fixed from original pick up location. The assistant manager was very apologetic and tried his best for almost an hour. End result was not the best. But that may because of corporate. System used needs work in my opinion.

Most of the time the security was fine but as I was moving stuff out the doors you have to have a code to access were broken for a while according to what I was told so anybody can walk in at anytime.

Didn’t realize the storage unit access was 24hr hours. I assumed it was only 7-7 on Saturdays as noted on the sign near the pin pads. Very clean, busy & secure facility. Friendly staff.

HORRIBLE Customer service. We rented a uhaul and 6 hrs later after we loaded our uhaul there we tried adjusting the rusted mirror it shattered. The GM refused to fix it, left us high and dry!
