Simply called to ask for a receipt because the charge to my card was more than was quoted and they did not email me one as they stated they would when I turned in the key at about 6:55pm on 1/9/2020. All I wanted was the receipt! It was a merger $13 more than quoted. Once the guy answered the phone and I explained why I was calling, he looked it up and said I drove 5 miles and that they need to put 2 gallons in the tank and i brought it back on the 10th. At that point it said, "wait...you just said we drove 5 miles and you had to put 2 gallons in the tank?" To which he said, "yea"...I tried to plead how that can be the case to which he said, "there are other ways of getting gas out of the tank"...I was baffled! First, he's insinuating we stole the gas and second, he thinks I'm calling to get my $13 from gas I stole (not used) just because! What a joke! He backed off the idea I turned in the car on the 10th (don't know why) but it was in the shop by 6:55pm on 1/9/2020. He then said that's not what he said (which he did... hope the calls are recorded) and continued saying if I would have just worked with him he could have figured it out (after I asked for a supervisor)...he then transferred my to a call center! A call center!!! Insanity horrible!!!

The fact everything is done on a cell phone and given no hard copy instructions to follow for equipment damage etc. Very confusing. Seems all the paperwork responsibility is now the customers liability.

Faster process. Way too slow and takes way too long to actually get your u-haul. Every time I rent a truck, I feel like I'm in the store for a half hour. The same thing happens when I rent online. But the manager Stephen and his wife were exceptional!

The day I was scheduled to pick-up the trailer, the office phone was not working so you couldn't connect to anyone in the office. To add to this issue, I received a call from the general manager about the status of the hitch installation and was told I would receive a call when it was ready. My 6th sense told me to just go to the office (because I couldn't get through to anyone via telephone). When I arrived, I saw my car parked in the lot. The car was ready but I had not received a phone call. Who knows when/if someone was ever going to call me. As I stood in line, a woman entered who was really upset because she had driven from Idaho because she too was unable to reach anyone in the office. Then, instead of servicing the customers, the two clerks behind the counter started trying to troubleshoot the issues with the phones not working. I finally had to ask them to sort that out later as I was there to complete my business. I finally drove out with the trailer attached but the doors were not secured and quickly started receiving honks and lights flashing from drivers passing me as the trailer doors were swinging open. If you must use this UHaul location, be very very very proactive about your requirements and do not rely on the phone to conduct your business.

Adams/Sprague, Steve and his staff were more than up to par, professional % helpful, Young lady that checked us out at the end had remembered us from 3 months when we first brought in the items. The MOVING staff Uhaul suggested was perfect, all in all an excellent experience. Cadwell's at Newman Lake, WA.

Worst experience I've ever had. Both the pick up and drop off took 20 minutes before I was helped, very understaffed. I picked up with less than 1/8 tank of gas and he said "we get siphoned a lot". I put $78 of gas in it and left it with much more gas than I received it. When I dropped off, the guy at the U city store was a complete unprofessional dick. U haul needs to invest in better employees instead of people who McDonalds wont hire. I will absolutely never EVER use U haul again and recommend my family and co workers avoid you too. This wrong needs to be corrected and additional fees I was charged should be reversed. Cannot explain how unbelievably bad this experience was. Never again.

The U-haul agent who checked my U-haul truck in and assisted in closing out my account was the nicest, sweetest most professional U-haul agent and actually any customer service agent I've ever encountered. Moving is SO hard for me because I don't have family and it's overwhelming and dealing with with a representative like the female U-haul agent I encountered upon my U-haul close-out absolutely made my day and makes me always want to stay with a quality company like U-haul!!!!

Counter personal need more training on computer operation. It took an hour to pick up equipment on a reservation booked and paid for on line the night before. Than to pick up the trailer the next day, same problem.

There was only one customer service representative on duty, answering phones and handling customers in the store. There was as many as a half dozen customers waiting service at 11:00 am. It took more than a half hour to check out a reserved truck. On return, three representatives were visibly on hand. After 45 minutes, after the store was stacked with customers, one representative advised us to just leave the keys in the vehicle and they would process vehicles/receipts by email. That information would have been useful earlier. While very clean, my rental had a broken visor clip and it appeared to be running hot, near 210 degrees.

First I was charged for a truck that I didn't use. Then when that was all sorted out, I was charged for 3 days instead of two, overcharged for the basic safemove coverage (should have been $14/day was charged twice as much), overcharged for mileage (only drove 15 was charged for 45). All that and I still have yet to receive the correct adjustment credit. Paid over $200 and only should have been charged $110.

Get your computer synched with your reservation service. Required same info and check in experience 3 times because nothing was saved from walk in, call in etc. Also guy who hooked up my trailer never tightened down the hitch. Trailer fell off the hitch ball as soon as I left the yard. That is inexcusable.

I spent about $4000 moving U-boxes across country and storing for 6 months. I was charged an entire month of storage for 2 days (because I was on automatic payment) DON'T DO AUTO PAYMENT!
