Wow! I have never had such a can do experience at any other Uhaul location, customer service here was amazing!
I've been driving trucks commercially for a while. I was very impressed with the pulling towing cab controls and comfort of your new 15 and auto trailer was very user-friendly I haven't drove in an easier equipment to drive in many years thank you
create a program that would allow customers the 7 round to 4 way flat connectors to use free of charge
I went to 4 places there 2 of places wouldn't call other places to see if they had a trailer
Truck was disgusting and the smell was almost too bad to even drive. Honestly not safe.
Everything went like clockwork so I didn't see any room for improvement. I have found this U Haul dealer to be the friendliest in the entire Spokane/Spokane Valley area. It's top notch. If one is looking for a U Haul dealer with a fantastic inventory this is the dealer you have to rent from.
The young lady Kelsey( I think that was her name or Kasida was nice and fun to deal with she was quick

This isn't regarding this location, it's a general comment. Sign inside the truck is misleading. It says that a person can save $25 by ensuring that the inside of the truck is swept and the furniture blankets are folded. What it doesn't say is that it is a fee that can be charged if it isn't done. I did it and thought I would get $25 off the amount of my bill.
Salesman was very polite and was doing his upmost to get me along my way....
Unfortunately, the tow dolly lights didn't work properly and that delayed our departure about 1 1/2 hours. The personal were very helpful and pleasant. Especially, Cassidy and Chris.

When we went to pick the truck up the gentlemen that helped us was great, I cant remember his name but he was very helpful. When we walked in to return the truck Spencer was amazing, she greeted us with a hello and a big warm smile. She made us feel really welcome. She went right out checked the truck and came back and said everything was good. She made it go so smooth and easy. I had a question about the deposit and had to call there and I happened to get her when I called and again nothing but kindness. Answered all my questions. I could feel her smile thru the phone. I absolutely appreciated her kindness. She deserves a raise and she is a keeper. Don't get rid of her EVER !!!
UHaul is a joke. Customer service takes too long to get ahold of, and rarely is able to help you before having to make 3-4 transfers. In person, the processes are ineffective and confusing, and interactions take upwards of 20 minutes for operations that are streamlined and efficient at other businesses.

Nothing. The staff was awesome.
I called to ask if I could rent an additional 24 hours. They said the truck was already due to go to someone else, but they would let me bring back at 11:30am instead of 7am and not charge me for the extra time since I could not get the full 24 hours. They charged me a full 24 hours additional without telling me. I saw it on my credit card statement. Now I have to deal with that. Not happy. I would have returned at 7am if I know I would pay $90 more for 4 hours. Not good.
This comment is for U-Haul's online rental program. If you take a customers money and tell them a truck is available at the requested location you had better be sure it is. I was told I would have a truck available in Kirkland, WA. It was not, I had to drive to Spokane to get it. 5 hours and a lot of gas. Both locations were great, not happy with U-Hauls rental process. No compensation for wasted time and fuel.

Fix the gas tank problem. I went a total of 8 miles in a 20' truck and yet put 7.5 gallons into the tank.
Being charged for 50+ miles & never once drove it over 10 miles. Pressing charges against U-haul if I don't get my money back.
When I called to reserve truck I specified that I need it for the full 24 hrs. I paid for an Uber to take me to uhaul and they tell me “we don't have that truck availableâ€. I asked them why would I be told there's a truck reserved for me if they don't even have one? I can't afford to Uber to every location. A lady behind the counter that wasn't even the one helping me, jumped in and snapped at me. U-Haul is the one that F'd up, why am I getting attitude?! EVERY SINGLE TIME I use uhaul there is a problem and I'm not even allowed to keep the truck for the full 24 hrs that I pay for. Not only terrible customer service but you can't even rely on what they tell you on the phone. Shady company to rent from
Courtney went out of her way to make my rental convenient and very affordable. I would recommend this location very highly.

Had to trade out the first truck after only 14 miles because of steering problems, 500 miles down the road three of the trailer tires had to be changed and when we got into AZ where the temperature was higher the truck started blowing out transmission fluid. It turned out to be that it was over serviced. All this after we had to go 250 out of our way just to pick up the truck and trailer.
Worst business experience
I've rented from this location previously with good results. This time however it was very frustrating. Hold times on the phone were unacceptably long. After making the reservation I received an email saying I had to come in and have the hitch checked before the pick up day. They should have done this when I was there and not make me come back. When I picked up the trailer I signed up for the optional insurance but I found out about 2 hours later that my personal insurance would cover the rental. When I asked to cancel the UHaul insuranace they wouldn't do it because it had been more than 30 minutes. When I got the trailer home I found that the tires were 10 pounds under inflated. Not happy with this location.
The worst!! The gal Nicole is short with people and hung up on me when I was trying to get valuable information. The business has been run into the ground and clearly customers do not matter to Uhaul

Have your employees act more professional. Not be on their phones, not arguing and be aware of the customers.
The manager (or owner) thought they had closed the store for the weekend, but a mistake was made and the branch wasn't actually closed. I called about my reservation and she apologized, jumped in her car, came down and opened the store, and got me the truck I needed. Service went above and beyond.
I Am sure that there will be some occasions in the future that I wished I had 24hr access to my belongings, But this works for now.
Returned the uhaul to the return equipment parking spot and put keys in 24 hour lock box the day of renting it. 30 min past closing time. Recieved a message the next day asking where my rental was. Was charged an extra $20, tried calling no one ever picked up both times i called to let them know my drop off would be late and then to discuss why they didn't have record of my drop off.
This UHaul made our moving trip so easy! The folks that we coordinated the move with were efficient, quick, friendly AND respectful! Highly recommend!
The price of our storage unit was continually raised without any warning.
Staff where not wearing face coverings properly or maintaining social distancing at all. One gentleman did not have a mask at all. The young lady that checked me in was checking her personal phone while checking me out and continued to get my Information incorrect. The equipment was good but the customer service definitely could use a huge improvement. I am very surprised that the gentleman who said he was the area manager did not have a mask.
My son and I were 3rd in line when we arrived and we waited 10-15 minutes before being acknowledged and even then the gentleman behind us was helped before us. I'm assuming because he had paperwork and was returning a truck but he was helped before us and came about 5 minutes after us. I used the truck for under 20 minutes and was still charged full price.

Seriously bad customer service. We reported the door as a big safety issue. See above for the door issue. I said the truck should not go out until fixed properly, tried to report it. The kid literally said to me, did you make sure it was shut?? I said of course, that's what I'm telling you, I can't slam it hard enough to shut it!!! And I shouldn't have to keep trying to slam it over and over. This is a serious problem. Don't let it out until you fix it. He scoffed at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. The OTHER rep turned and said, hey, probably should make a note of it. (Cause he saw me starting to escalate) they both, sorta said, yeah, we will make a note of it) but I don't feel they took me serious at all. Never will use this again if they don't make safety the highest priority.
They were very under staffed only 2 employees total for an end of the month weekend there should have been more .
Great service
Mobile check in didn't mention Key was in store; when I filled with gas, the needle didn't move. I drove 20 miles, put 3.25 gallons in, and the needle didn't go back to where it started. Charged an extra $8 for gas.
GET RID OF THE SOCIAL DISTANCING STICKERS .
We turned it in early, would have liked a refund for unused days.
The final amount came to almost twice what I was originally quotes so I was a little surprised by that. But there was nothing bad with the truck or service.

inventory needs to be inspected, and verified/compared in the computer each day. Other locations are messing with inventory and this causes delays in the customers time being wasted at the counter and in line.
Wish you were open till 9pm. Everything else was very professional. Glad to do business with you. I will if the need arises, be back.
I wish there was later access past 7pm, but that would be the only thing I would change. I had a good experience.
What made it tolerable in a very stressful time was the store manager Stephan . He was so nice and helpful could not have been more kind or accommodating...He also amazed me at how he could run the entire store and all it’s different tasks and still help every customer with a smile . Don’t ever lose that guy as a employee.
I’m extremely disappointed I have been trying to speak with the manager and only get the voicemail I was over charged and the staff member I was dealing with was rude I asked for a supervisor and he stated manager wasn’t there I went to find another worker outside when I came back in with the other gentleman a female employee was there said she was assistant manager and the wife of the employee she was also rude and accused me of making false statement when I told her I felt the employee was rude. I want to talk to the manager to resolve the over charges. I have called several times to resolve this issue and can’t seem to reach the manager. I’m very disappointed with the customer service.

While the facility was clean and inviting, the management really has some work to do with their customer service. Moving is never fun or easy, management here could learn from the great employees.
We only returned a Ubox. Ubox was fantastic but phone contact is horrible. Extremely long wait times, usually to a central number that knows nothing and transfer you to other sites that know nothing.

At first they put a 60 yr old disabled woman on the 2nd floor. Offered n o help. Demanded we buy their lock instead of a good one we already owned. They were unfriendly.not helpful. I wouldn't go
It took an urgent call from me to get my boxes released to my unloaders. I understand it’s a busy time of year but I think your processes need to be improved to ensure better customer service.
I spent about $4000 moving U-boxes across country and storing for 6 months. I was charged an entire month of storage for 2 days (because I was on automatic payment) DON'T DO AUTO PAYMENT!
I will NEVER use U-Box again. Ginger did the best she could. But the entire operation & communication was awful. The boxes weren’t delivered or picked up when they were scheduled. Awful!!!
Issues with payment. Double charged when I was on automatic, so took off of automatic. Then the system changed, and the charges lagged a solid week or so to my bank (Bank insisted was Uhaul).
