Adreon C. | Overall ExperienceNot as advertised— the photos led me believe I could back the truck right up to an outside storage unit. Instead I had to unload my stuff in the street and then take them through a maze of a warehouse, up an elevator to a storage unit that, while the spatial dimensions were correct, had too small of a door to get things in. An hour later they found a unit with the kind of door advertised and on the first floor, but which still required the maze to get to. This is after a 7 hour haul, tired, expecting drive up storage. It wasn’t as advertised, and the only way I’d refer others is if this situation was made right by a significant financial discount.

KAREN C. T.there was some grease spot on the rubber lining in the cargo area. It was hard to see at first but stepping in it or climbing into cargo area from rear I got grease on my shoes and equipment.
william S.This location had what I needed, too bad the 24/7 pickup did not go smoothly at the original pickup location as the truck was not prepped the night before and no text or alert was sent to me to let me know even though uhaul knew the night before, wasted my time with something that should have been fixed in advance of pickup. Very poor customer service. Instead I had to go to the original pickup location, not knowing that there was no truck prepped then get in the phone with the 1800 reps only to be on hold and it took what seemed like forever to find a solution that could have been solved the night before. The overall experience was not pleasant and seem that uhaul feels it is acceptable without change. And the 50 dollar refund is so small in the realm of the issues that happened that could have been simply avoided.

I agreed, but stated that I would be using more fuel since its well over $4 a gallon, U haul agreed to take another $40 off. When I go to pick up I was being charged for a 15' and was not getting $40. The rep had to call customer service twice and it took almost an hour to checkout, causing me to be late, had to get a hotel and pick up my equipment the next morning.

It came loose in a panic stop. I told the clerk this when returning, was charged anyway. Would not recommend U-haul because it isn't about renting a truck, it is about adding as many fees as you can.

Nick B.I got a U-Haul and has some personal and financial problems. I was not sure on how or what I needed to do. The guy said I held them up with not using the truck. So I never even unlocked the car even tho I should of to take pictures of everything, the reason I didn't is because the boss at this location I know her and she is the sweetest nicest person I just met her actually but she is really really good at running this location I also really couldn't afford the storage or anything I did rent the U-Haul and got the first month free I paid for the second month are the first month and second month I moved to a smaller location a smaller storage my bad and now pretty much I'm just looking to move into a house I'm homeless and that's another thing I really can't afford much more into afford to be charged a $50 and you know I didn't even use the check or anything I tried to take it back in to my phone and it just wasn't working so yeah and you know there was nobody and so this is why I'm actually told me it not here and I'm going to call the customer service I didn't want to bother the managers because I guess you know it's Friday that's probably resting they work a lot I'm sure if there's any help I'm actually was thinking about applying for U-Haul. I know this is public public viewing but don't know if the person still works there I haven't seen him but he actually threw my stuff in the dumpster and I have told sent messages a couple times stating that this stuff in your guys U-Haul e wasn't garbage it was sentimental but it was thrown in the dumpster my brand new shoes you know how to get in my thick of dumpster so yeah I was digging in the dumpster for my brand new shoes that you how employees away plus my daughter's clothes and school stuff.

anthony H.I was unaware I needed to fill the tank. I received the equipment with only have a tank and was charge $30+ for gas. I drove less than 15 miles. Then, I returned the equipment a few minutes late but had to wait a long time to be helped but was charged for another full day. I had reserved it from 12-6, was back by 6:15 and then was not helped until 6:40 and the place closed at 7:00pm. I was charged for another full day. Had I known it was going to be the tight on time, I would have figured out how to make up the 15 minutes. Thanks

Victoria D.I have rented quite a few times at this particular location over the last few months and with warmer weather now here, am in need of renting more frequently. During my visit, for the first time, I was asked for a contact number to be verified. I have never been asked this before and find it to be invasive. I understand if I was it was my first time and not already in the system multiple times, but this policy is leading me to seek rentals where my relationship with the company is valued. The staff is great as always!

NICEA M. | First ImpressionsCancelled the storage unit after we were there and tried to move items into the unit. On the 5th Floor of the facitlity. Only one working elavator and one unload area. The other elavators and unload areas were not working. The one unload area was in use and the individuals were unloading. Were pulling out their items from the truck and then packing them in bins., Sitting on folding chairs, NOT only blocking the only functioning elavator using the only unload area for the starage facility. We asked when they would be done. They stated they would need about 4 more hours. Went to front desk no help. Said we had to wait until they finish. Had hired help to move our items in and on the clock. Cancelled the storage unit and had to pay the moving help to drive to a new location. Fortunately we were able to find a new unit same day. Worse experience of my life using a storage facility. Would NEVER recommend this location. I am still watting for a refund of the first month we had to pay upfront.

Luckily, I didn't have anything too huge that wouldn't fit, but I feel bad for the poeple who couldn't fit their things in the elevator on the days that the big eleavtor wasn't working. Also, not being able to access it after 5pm was kind of inconvenient.

Your staff needs to be trained - poor customer service. Completely rude!

SAMUEL J. | Overall ExperienceOur reservation was not in the computer, despite us having a confirmed reservation number emailed to us. We had to keep the moving truck packed with all of our things an extra night as the facility we ended up renting was in a different location with different hours than we anticipated. Both of the freight elevators were out of order at our move in time, and not until halfway into the move, one of the elevators got up and running. The staff was helpful through these frustrations, and eventually we got into the storage space we needed.
