Staff was very efficient, but was very flat in tone and expression. I think it is a little ridiculous that you will be charged 4.50 a gallon if you return the truck with less than it started with, but you will be started with a truck that has a quarter tank. We filled up the truck and ended up only using 1/8 of a tank, without any reimbursement. You couldn't even offer back maybe a dollar or two per gallon back? These trucks are really fuel efficient apparently.

Given that this building is very old, it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. With the history of using your trucks and facilities in different states over the years, I only recommend these products at certain locations, This location should upgrade to better truck repair and upkeep maintenance for older trucks. I brought back a brand new truck in 2024 at the loss of another state Uhaul location because of being stranded with a very poorly maintenanced truck from this location. Outside of that, things turned out good and worked out. I will continue use of Uhaul for my needs.

She marked off more gas than what I had in the truck. She was rude and inconsiderate and could give two shits about her job. MICHAEL MI stored a sectional sofa there until I could sell it. When the first potential buyer came to veiw the set, he pointed out a dead rodent on the ground, inside of the unit! Disgusting and embarrassing even for a basement unit. We called and the staff were kind and offered to meet us there to remove it during business hours.

CELESTE BAfter paying the truck rental fee, truck rental insurance, plus $100 truck rental deposit, in another city before arriving to the uhaul self storage in this city, I was not happy with having to pay the $100 truck rental deposit on top the rental and insurance upfront, but when I heard of the promotion of getting the 1st month free rental on the self storage unit, with the truck rental, I gladly paid it! I would have preferred to have gotten my $100 truck rental deposit minus the mileage charge on the same day of the rental truck return, instead of a few days later! Despite a few hiccups throughout rental process, I got what I needed to do done and I am satisfied!

MILTON CI did not get the trailer I reserved, resulting in making two trips instead of just one. The dude was the slowest person I've ever met. He was very nice. I think he could use some training. We showed up at 4:15, didn't get out of there till 5:30, which was ridiculous, I was the only one there! Also the parking lot had net been plowed, had atleast 6" of snow on it and I stuck once but atleast I had 4wd.

Victor KGreat renting experience. The staff at this location is extremely friendly and fair priced. I have rented trailers at the Vernon Odom location in Akron the staff is always rude. I tried to rent a 6 by 12:00 and close trailer because it was raining and they were going to charge me $80 and did not want me to drop it off at the same location so I could be charged out of town towing rates. I only ended up paying $29 at this location I had an awesome experience with customer service. I highly recommend this location for any future rentals.

Josh GObviously I failed to watch like a hawk but when I picked up the truck the gas level was slightly under a half tank gas - I did not call this to his attention as it was not that big of a deal to me. When I returned it it was slightly over a half a tank or AT a half tank (since I fueled it back up less than a mile away). Your service rep was in a rush when I dropped it off so he took the key from me without any discussion and said he would send a final charge email. When I got home and checked my emails, I saw that he charged me for 2 gallons of gas ($11.50). I called to discuss it and was told everything was my responsibility to call this to his attention while I was there. And, he asked if I had a photo of what the gas gauge read when I left (which I did not. So, he said I failed to honor the contract that was emailed to me and hung up. Lesson learned: Make sure you have the U-Haul rep review the vehicle with you before you leave the lot and take photos of everything as proof. Can't trust this location. Had a wonderful experience with the North Canton/Beldon location so I never thought I would have an issue here.
