It took 3 tries to get a useable storage unit. Either the insulation was falling down of the door latches were malfunctioning. It took 45 plus minutes to drop off the trailer due to being understaffed.Richard N. | First Impressions
Low tir light was on was told it was ok just electric need to be serviced also never went over vehicle with representatives to make sure everything was working also I never checked odometer comparing it to what was written on temporary receipt last two digits were switched 2-6 so I went from 41 miles to also charged me a flat rate of $89 dollars I signed up for $19.99 for 4 hrs plus mileage plus added $10 insurance so don't use this site trying to get reimbursement to no availRICHARD B.

Originally booked qt this location for the 9' van being that I only needed it to pick up a few things for a party that couldn't fit in my car and was not made aware until I walked in for my reservation that the van was not available and a 10' truck was. Had no choice but to take it because it was day of and I had no other options. Would have been nice to have been called ahead of time to make me aware. Didn't get a picture of it but after opening the lift gate it was a cigarette lighter in it, thought nothing of it and didn't take it out but after getting to one of my stops my daughter walked in the back and saw a blunt that had been left in the back of the truck. Threw it out before thinking to snap a picture as proof that it was there. Overall nice truck just disappointed that was my only option once I arrived other than canceling which I couldn't do because I had to have something to get my items for the party.TERESA R.

I had reserved 2 sets of 10 moving blankets, and a different location for pickup. I was switched to this location for pickup (further from my home) and I was disappointed that the new location had no moving blankets to rent to me (despite them being reserved nearly a week ahead of time).JOHN G.

This location was great but the fact that I had to get transferred to this location because the website let me rent a van that they didn't have was a waste of my time.JALEEL Y.

I received a free month email offer after renting a truck. I went online to reserve a unit at one location, entered my code for the free month at checkout BUT DID NOT COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT. I decided I wanted to use a different location, but when I got to checkout and tried my code, it was rejected. So I called customer service. At first the guy acted like he didn't believe I had a free month, asking who sent me the email etc. Finally he took my information to reserve a unit at the location I chose. When I got to the location, the woman saw the reservation but said they didn't have any units available of the size that I had selected on the reservation. I had chosen the largest unit, but she said all they had was a couple of the second largest and several of the ones below that. So I chose the second largest. She got to where she would complete the transaction and it still denied my free month code. She ended up working around it, and gave me the card for the gate. The receipt had zero information on it, which confused her as to why, but she hand wrote everything in. When I got to the gate, the card did not work. So I returned to the office. When she looked up my account, it did not show I had rented a unit. So she tried to do it again, this time her system said there were no units of that size available. So fine, I accepted an even smaller unit. Apparently she was new, and the ENTIRE TIME the more seasoned employee was at the station next to her but never offered any assistance. After about 10 minutes of her trying to figure out my reservation issue, he finally offered up the idea that she should just treat me as a walk-in customer. So that worked. But then at checkout my free month code still didn't work. Again, she fumbles around until she finally asked him and he said to just give me the month without the code because he always has issues with the codes. After that, all worked out fine. A process which should've taken 5-10 minutes ended up taking over an hour of my time. 1)Your website system should not be completely voiding the free month offer codes if the transactions are not completed. 2)your new employees need better training. 3)your existing employees should not ignore a new employee who is obviously struggling. And might I mention, the customer behind me in line had the EXACT SAME ISSUE with a free month code.Cynthia B. | Overall Experience

Make sure to check oil level of vehicles before they are sent back into service. We had two vehicles that had no oil. The first was swapped out for the second. The second vehicle required a call to road side assistance and 90 minutes later we finally had oil in the vehicle. I thought these things were all checked before the trucks were allowed to be rented?
