I actually did not use the trailer at all. There was NO way to load my Corvette at the angle the trailer provided. I did not have time to return right away, so i had to wait until the next day to return. The 2 ladies that were working when I picked up were great.

Kathy was FANTASTIC! She was able to accommodate a few things that we needed and went above and beyond to make the stress of moving MUCH less stressful!

Darin C.Started at one location then was told they didn't have what I need but the second location had it and I can go pick it up right now get to second location and they say we don't have one its on a rental and isn't due back till later today both location had a one way rental but they can't use that for a intown rental. Was then sent to a 3rd location and told I would receive 50 Reservation credit. Didn't receive my credit. Trailer that rented had the render all bent out of shape and almost bold tires. The location I was able to get it fun was really busy had a 25 min wait no one in the lobby. Returned equipment and returne lane was full had to wait for them to move trucks about another 10 mim wasted waiting. Not to mention you can't call and talk to a store you have to call and get passed around and put on hold. I have used uhaul multiple times and normally there are small issues but this rental was the worst and will be exporting other options of rentals due to the terrible service.

When arranging the drop off location the store could not locate the place in the contact. So I was given a 833 number to call, but the number didn't work.

Both times I turned in trucks no one helped until I hunted them down. I asked for a receipt. Was told it would be via e-mail. never got it now they are trying to charge more on my government charge card. I still need to rent a trailer but Im scared to go near this place.

Nancy S.Please refund costumers for days and mileage in which they do not use the rental truck. I returned the vehicle and trailer less than 48 hours after picking it up. I used it for 2 days and was charged for 4. I used fewer than the allotted miles.

Finally came over to us. After getting hooked up we couldn't leave because she'd parked the truck blocking the path to get out of the parking lot. Took way longer to get the trailer and leave than it should have. With a car full of kids who waited patiently as long as they could. Oh and the huge pot hole of mud that was next to the trailer so I stepped in it when trying to leave... great.

Gabriella A.The pickup location was immaculate. The equipment was clean. This following comment has zero to do with the location. That gosh darn vehicle transport was a nightmare. The straps wouldn't stay on, not even when big strong truckers helped. I stopped last at the Jackson MO exit. By the time I got to chaffee, neither strap was on. Every time I stopped and screwed with the stuck latch thingies, a man would come help. Thank God for that. The sliders kept sliding inward and pulling the straps off. On a positive note the pick up gal and the drop off were both very nice and helpful. If it weren't for them both being extremely nice I'd have left a bad Google review because that car trailer is a nightmare. I can't believe my cat stayed on. Now...let me go pay to have it fixed because it damaged something. I have an anti slide alert warning now, in my car. And why wouldn't I? The straps were a nightmcat. And it wasn't because I didn't know what I was doing. Again, big strong truckers helped the whole way.

I'm going back tomorrow to let them know, because I have pictures of the odometer and fuel gauge of the track that I rent to them.

When the current manager called me and told me that it was still there, waived the month between when I was told it was gone and when he was reviewing records, and made it very easy for me to continue the lease. If not for him I may have lost several momentos and personal items that are important to me. Clean out was easy and it was quick getting out of the store after. Overall its been a good experience. No signs of anyone trying to get into the units, it was tyically clean and quiet inside.
