Fill the gas more before giving the trucks to customers. Also maintain the trucks better. The gas was a line over 1/4 tank when I picked it up. I'm glad I only did 49 miles during my 2 day rental otherwise I would have had to make an extra fuel trip to the gas station just to keep going. The truck I rented had weather stripping around the front windshield that continiously came off when driving. The piece that came off was so large that it was flopping against the passenger side window and sounded like it would burst through the window any second. It's possible nobody reported this issue before me. Additionally, the truck I rented was leaking an oil type fluid all over my driveway and street. Each time I moved the uhaul from the street or the driveway of my house I could see spots of dark oil-like fluid. It wasn't just a couple of spots. You could see the trail of exactly where I drove it and parked it. The stains are not going to come off easily. Overall it was a good experience and the employees at this 11th street location were helpful and responsive when I had questions or to do business in general. When I called this location with questions, the worker was understanding and even offered to transfer me to the main customer service line! I like that I can call this location with questions and get a helpful response. Thanks 11th street U-Haul.Zachary H.
Typically upon return you fill the tank. When you start with 7/8 of a tank it's like you know people ate going to fill the tank because how can you stop at 7/8? I also think there was less than 7/8 in the truck because we only drove it 29 miles total and it took 8 gallons to fill. This seems like a racket since you won't return the difference. Just start with your tanks full and stop the scam. The person who checked me out was great, the check-in process left a little to be desired. Trucks were backed up and there were no instructions on where to park the truck.Penne D.

Maybe bring down your prices, and the friendliness of your staff. Was pretty irritated with the wait time as well, thought you guys were closed, arrived and had to go through the employee door, then seen five people in line and nobody at the counter figured that staff was screwing off, took about 5 minutes until a staff member came back inside and then 5 more for the other two to come back inside. Too busy. One young staff has not found a way to relate to the public in a positive way. Snarky and sarcastic when there was a prpblem with billing. This took me twenty minutes with national uhaul support to resolve a simple problem. Two years ago, I took this same issue to local mgr who defended his staff. I am hoping there is new management. I'll pursue advising current mgt of attitude.Brad B.

How about you get more than just massive box trucks for 1 way trips so were not forced to pay $900 fucking dollars for a single day of use (forced 4 day purchase), when all I needed it for was to transport a desk and 2 suitcases. Had literally ANY OTHER company not required a actual credit card I'd never use Uhaul again. Absolute waste of money and time.Amber D.

Would have given 5 stars, unfortunately the team there Sunday when I dropped the unit off was extremely rude and unhelpful and acted like I was bothering them, one completely ignored me. The truck was kind of wet and musty in both the cab and the cargo area. The truck was also loud and made a whining sound almost the entire 2 hour trip.STANFORD S.
The truck was great and was nice to use. Not great customer service, first-time use, and had some questions that were not answered. The parking lot was packed and signs were not clear on the entrance and exit. Maybe it was just this location was understaffed. Would still use U-haul for the equipment.Lindsey B.

The only issue was that I was missing the furniture pads that I had paid for. I wasn't able to go back to the pick up location to get them once I got home. But, I called Customer Service and they told me to discuss this with the drop off location and ask for a refund. I did receive my credit from this location.Kimberly I.

We picked up our truck, was given a wrong truck at the time. Dropped off at our house, came back next day and it was gone. It was towed as it was reported past due/stolen. 3 hours later we have a new truck. Was told someone would call us about this and we have heard nothing. I made a move across the country with 4 kids by myself... It was a Very very VERY loooong drive :/ I was offered a one month storage unit free of charge and when I arrived to turn in the trailer and unload our stuff.. I found out there was only an upstairs unit available at the drop off location I had picked ...I was totally overwhelmed at the thought of hauling everything we own up the stairs on my own and already exhausted from the long drive with wild kids 若 the lady that was helping us went out of her way to arrange a unit at a different location to accommodate and I am beyond grateful!! I almost cried the happy tears!!! Grateful, impressed, and sooo relived <3 I missed this kind of interaction that comes with living in the Midwest and it was a really great first experience with being back home. I had a ton of interactions with the staff at this location and only had two good experiences. The worst was when I had previously had a late payment. There was a UHaul lock on my storage unit, which I fully understand, but it wasn't taken off even weeks after I caught up the payment. An employee came up with me, told me he would go look for the key, and left me sitting there without returning for over a half hour. I left, and when I returned a couple of weeks after that, the lock was still there despite payments being all caught up. I was so relieved to get my things out of the storage unit and never deal with this location again.mikayla n. | Overall Experience
Completely unprofessional and wrong that someone pays for 30 days with no other option and moves out early, maybe due to a change in circumstance and they don't get reimbursed for any of the amount they were required to pay but didnt use. My initial phone conversations were very helpful but when I got confirmations on everyting the size of my unit was wrong. I called 2X and when I got there it was still not correct. Your employee on site (Tyler?) was excellant to work with.
