Service was good and the truck was good. I left one of my men to complete the transaction. When he showed up there were 3 dollies on the truck. We have fifteen dollies and didn't dollies. When I rented online I chose insurance but declined equipment. I asked my man about dollies and he said they told him he must take them. SAD!AARON H.

The two times I was there the computer system was down. You're a big company why don't you upgrade your system. Everything on your app was fine but in store seems to be an on going problem.KEITH W.
Have the requested equipment at the location you requested, especially if you do the request weeks ahead of time. I'd also appreciate not getting BS'd by the people in the office. The first person I got the truck from was honest and straight forward with us. When I returned the truck I did 20 miles less than the estimated mileage and came back with more gas than I started with and it stills ended up being $30 more than the quote I got from the guy I got the truck fromâ€¦â€¦. He had estimated $130 but I had to pay $168â€¦.Timothy B.

If you can do better than excellent you would. All employees at this location and Duncan's Hardware on Redbank Rd, Goose Creek are courteous and pleasant to talk to and when we have a problem especially at other locations they help solve them quickly as possible. Only two locations we do not have problems with is this location and Duncan's Hardware on Redbank Rd, Goose Creek.LINDA N.

This was not the original location that Uhaul had for me to turn it in. The original place had no space to drop of the trailer. I tried 4 other locations before that also did not have room for a trailer. One of them told me to call Uhaul directly. UHaul provided me this location. They also reimbursed me $50 for having to go to several locations. UHaul needs to ensure where they tell you to drop of something they actually have room for it.Kenneth F.

The store rep was very rude. I was trying to check the truck out and she came out the door raising hell telling me that the truck was on reservation for someone else and that I couldn't get it. Told her I did everything online she said well you got a problem because this truck is not available so you need to call corporate. Before I could call the chat rep had approved my rental so I told her she better check she came back to the truck and handed my husband the keys in a rude manner after she yelled at him. If the truck was double booked that was not the way to handle this then when she came out she was on the phone with someone yelling at them not to book things for her store without calling her again unprofessional. Never did she apologize for being rude and she better be glad my husband mental did not click because he doesn't do good with people yelling at him in his face glad I was their to calm him. A store rep should never put the blame on the customer for the business mistake.MARCETA W.

I had a reservation for a 6x12 trailer confirmed for another location (King St), but when I arrived they did not have the trailer that my reservation had said they would have, so they moved the reservation across town. It took an extra hour to get through Charleston traffic and back to my moving location, so that was a pretty big pain. The Credit Union location was great though, I have no complaints about them.Cooper M.

There were 2 employees working at the time, the gentleman was kind and helpful. The gentleman was taking care of things outside when I walked in and the lady was checking another customer out when I walked in. The lady apparently can't multitask as she had to completely abandon the checkout process to talk with the customer about their myriad of tattoos and future plans. There were a lot of tattoo's to talk about. The truck ran great, but smelled like there had been a heavy smoker inside and whatever deodorizer was used wasn't quite up to the task. I have used this location before and will do so again when the need arises.Joshua H.

Everything was fine until I went to return the truck. Just really need to streamline the return process and make it a little bit easier. I tried to return it by 9pm at night, but on the app, I had to take pics of the mileage and fuel gauge as well as having to take pics of the inside of the truck to make sure it was clean. I just it to be quite frustrating to have to take pics of everything just to return a truck . I don't have to do this when returning a rental car. I just believe the return process should be a little bit easier to do. Thanks.Mark S.
I've used this location over the years and had great experiences, this time my experience was horrible, upon returning vehicle, Olivia was very rude and nasty, I have my receipt and notice I was charged twice which has caused my account to overdraw, store manager was not there and she is a very nice lady.TEISHA R.

I am furious and I will not pay the amount owed until a representative contacts me like I was promised. I was screwed around fir 8 hours on Saturday and spent over 80$ in Uber fare chasing the truck I had reserved the day before. Put me behind schedule for the project and cost me and my business financially. This was the worst experience ever.Alexis T.
Customer service is awesome. Next time have enough double trailers for my ubox containers so they can be delivered on time. I was also misquotes for delivery by $75. Pick up for my truck wasn't set up correctly and no one called to confirm so I ended up having to travel and hour both ways just to get my truck. So many things wrong. Will never order through you all again. I'll pay the higher price somewhere else for peace of mind.Jacquelin G.
I returned the truck at the same fuel level as I received it and was told it was received with less fuel. The employee told me it was a 20 credit I was losing and couldn't provide any reasoning and stared at me with a blank face when I discussed the fuel levels.michael F.

Very poor customer service. The rep disappeared for several minutes and took a while even after the outside person said he'd informed her customers were inside waiting. When she finally arrived there was no acknowledgement of the wait or explanation. I rent from this location fairly often and run his experience was most disappointing.DUANE H.
