Ended up dropping our trailer that was full of our property I. This lot for the night with a flat tire. Called the road service number and someone came out and replaced the tire. The tire had a cut and chunk out of the side wall, but we made it to our destination and brought the trailer back. This location was more helpful and friendlier.

Asked the morning of picking up (picked up at 9pm) to not get a shit box uhaul truck. There was a ton of trucks on the lot. 430 mile round trip. And we where given an absolute horrible, unsafe truck. Very upset about that.

Jim O.Received the truck and once we took off with the truck it showed a check engine light. Traveling down the road we noticed the hood was all over the place and once we got to our destination we investigated and found that the hood was not latched. Opening the back of the truck we found an item left behind and the floors were filthy. We couldn't put anything on the floor without a moving blanket or a tarp. The floors looked like they were mopped with mud and water. Extremely disappointed with this experience. We have enjoyed using this location in the past but might need a change next time a rental is needed.

What was wet was near the floor so it could have come through the floor and not the top or sides. However, big shout out to the staff at the pickup location. After pick up and loading I discovered a slow leak in a tire, returning to the pick-up location with my loaded trailer they cheerfully replaced the bad tire with a new one. In and out in 12 minutes! excellent customer service. Thanks to the team!

Timothy H.I had to talk to at least 5 different people for U-Boxes, pick-up delivery. My order was never on the website, I could never see my receipt and had to call to get copies. Logistics should be handled by U-Haul, not the customer. Poor customer service.

Damien M.Customer Journey: Painful. It turns out that the Using either the Website OR the Mobile App will take LONGER than simply walking in, renting, and driving out. Digital Experience only gives you proof that you reserved something, but doesn't gaurantee you much. OVERALL GRADE: C-/D+ Reservation Process: Seemingly endless upsells and recommendations get in the way of just allowing you to rent a moving truck. When I made a purchase of a lock, the front desk counter had no way to verify the SKU as it bundled it as "moving supplies". This caused 10 more minutes of delay. GRADE: D+ In-Store Experience: check in was painful too. The reservation reflected a DIFFERENT truck than the one I chose. This confused the service people for over 15 mins. I needed to get on the road! I had 700 miles to travel in 24 hours plus 2 load-ins. 30 minutes later I finally got my truck. There was only ONE customer being served, so the ORDER process between web and inventory system is not reliable. Beware. GRADE: C- TRUCK: Transmission seemed a bit sketchy. Glad I made the trip. Truck was functional and worked. GRADE: B- CHECK-IN: I tried to use the APP to check-in but it wouldn't let me attach the photo. I tried for FIFTEEN MINUTES at 4am absolutely exhausted and I GAVE UP. I WAS CHARGED $20 BECAUSE I COULDNT COMPLETE THE CHECK IN. GRADE: F- REMEDY: First, align the backend systems properly between screens (App, Web, Retail Computer, etc). Second, if the App won't allow a photo to be attached then provide an email to send the photo. In this manner the exhausted customer has an option to complete the check-in without a fear of getting charged $20. Either that or wave the fee. COMMENT: Renters-- Truck rentals are very very VERY expensive these days. You may be better off just buying a used moving truck to move and use it for a while...and then resell it for a profit. I'm seeing this being done everywhere. Some simply donate it to a church or charity when they are done.
john R.Charged for gas level said it was at 6/8 and not 7/8 overall will never be using uhaul again even though I worked for them a couple years back and it has changed an 1/8 of a tank can not be judged by the gas meters and should not cost me an extra 40 bucks. Get your shit together

Dianne S.I ordered a 17 ft truck. There wasn't one available so UHaul called me and asked if I wanted a 15 ft or 20 ft. I said 15. When I got to pick up the UHaul they couldn't find the keys to the 15 so gave me a 20. They charged me for the 20 even though it was not my fault. Very upset.
Madeline K.I was pretty upset with this location. We made the reservation in advance and were told that the vans and the 10ft trucks weren't available so we reserved a 15ft truck. Once we got there a drop-in was able to rent a 10ft van no problem. Also the reservation was for 8:30 am and when we showed up there were 3 people in line before us and there was only 1 person working there and she took 15 to 25 minutes with each customer so we stood there waiting until almost 9:30 am for our 8:30 am appointment. We had to send my elderly father in law home with my stepson so they wouldn't tire waiting an hour for service we RESERVED in ADVANCE. When we did get up to the lady who was working there she didn't apologize or anything just complained about how many people called out and how terrible it was working there. I will never use this uhaul again and tell the SEVERAL families I know who are moving to not use this location as the service was slow, rude and inconsiderate.

OverAll could Have been more professional.
