There were staff people unmasked indoors at this location, which is a violation of the law in this county. I asked the installer how long it would take and he said “less than an hour” but it took over two hours. Overall, the installer was kind and polite and probably did a good job on the installation but it was far slower than he said it would be and I don't like going places that don't follow legally mandated safety requirements.

I had a reservation starting at 11am, we got there at 2pm, and they told us that our reservation was cancelled because we arrived too late. We asked if we could rent any of their vans (many were parked outside) and they said that would not be possible because they had none available and that the one we reserved was given to somebody else. Finally, they said to call the 1800 number to find another location. We went outside and called from there, they helped us find a van... exactly at the same location. When we went back we just checked in, got the van and left. No comment from the clerk at all.

The cashier told me that there was not truck to rent because everything was booked which was a lie. I went online and was able to reserve a truck and came back to get the truck from the same cashier. It looks like she does not what she was talking about

Brittany Kefauver was knowledgeable of all the products offered by U-HAUL. I purchased boxes, packing supplies, a storage unit and scheduled a truck for moving. She was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Her customer service skills are impeccable! I would recommend this facility to all my friends and family.

It would help for first time renters like myself to get a rundown of the van. I had to take about 10 minutes to get acquainted with the vehicle to learn where main used buttons are located. I think workers just genuinely don't have the time. I picked up the vehicle at 7:00 am and the person at the front was managing three different people at once. Two in store (myself included) and someone on the phone. She was very sweet and answered any questions I had.

The representative was not customer friendly. He was dry and had no people skills. He did not go above a d beyond to help me, as a matter of fact, I spent a lot more money because of him. I pd for an extra lock that I didn't need and a late fee because of his unwillingness to connect me w another Uhaul location that could meet my needs. AND, this location has no elevator for the 2nd floor. NONE !!!! Crazy

Came a day late, which meant I had to pay twice for movers, as the 1st group had another appointment already. After that the box was never sent to Phoenix, and I had to pay for a month's rent for no reason. Would never use a U-Box service again. Most terrible experience and it is still not done, because now in Phoenix it was supposed to be delivered 10/31/21 and the box is "lost". Still waiting to hear if and when it is going to be delivered. My son will have to rent a hotel room until U-Haul figures out their issues. Hard to sleep on the floor.

We waited over 3.5 weeks for cubes to be delivered to our new house. I had to call regularly to try to find out where the boxes were all that time. In MD they said the boxes picked up, Castle Hayne, NC said they did not have them. Once delivered it took 13 days to get cubes removed from our driveway. This took many phone calls to make it happen. Would not recommend the Cubes to any one else.

This location storage is a building without an elevator which made moving in the storage very difficult as I have arthritis in my knees. Overall I was satisfied with everything. Also excellent option to add movers through uhaul's website, it's so easy! ¡Gracias!

2 main problems: The truck was filthy- sticky spilled soda all over dash area, dirt on floors of cab, and grossest of all, when I wiped the steering wheel with a wet wipe it was BLACK. With COVID concerns this is totally unacceptable. My other beef is that the return after hours instructions would not work on my phone at the location. We were wondering what to do when an employee exited the building (locking up) and he said to just leave the truck and drop the keys. We did, but even so I got on computer at home to try to send pics and record gas amount - did what I could and see this morning that we were still charged a $20 fee for how we returned it! Not cool. I am very unhappy with the experience.

I rented a 20ft truck to take care of a job I had on 10/26. When I picked up the truck it a 1/4 tank of gas which I see is usually the amount they have in all the trucks when you rent them. I return the truck with more gas than I left with. When I get my receipt, they charge me 60.00$ for gas. The guy tells me "I put it in the computer how I see it", you have to go inside to dispute it. I go inside and the guy working the counter comes outside and double checks the gas and realized he put it in as much less gas than whats in there. He was nice and helped me. He refunded my 60.00$ and printed the correct receipt. Please have your employees be careful when charging people for the rental of your trucks. Not everyone double checks their receipts. I hate for people to be paying for something that they shouldn't be.

I want to send a resounding commendation for the young man who checked us in! He was there all Alone, running every aspect from checking people in who were renting, checking people out who were returning, having to drive the truck around…. Apparently no one else showed up for work and he created a system to try to get it all done alone. You all need to be recognizing and rewarding him as an OUTSTANDING employee!! Way beyond the call of duty!!

The equipment was and the environment was clean. I rented a mini cargo truck. The company agent told me the fuel was a full tank. I took the odometer readings as I got into the car. I did just 13 miles journey and filled the tank with &15.51. This amount is questionable for a 13 miles trip. I complained when I drop off the equipment and no one was will yo address my plight. The workers need to be honest I'm their declarations to the clients who come to do business.

My only issue is , my gas tank was half when I hit the road but noticed on my paperwork it's marked 3/4 of the tank. The guy at the desk screwed up but I'm partly responsible as I'm supposed to check. I that cost me to add more gas than I drove for 20 miles. I hope someone back track the documents and refund me my extra gas I had to put in.

I did the mobile checkin. When I entered the lobby and followed the directions on the app to "Skip the line" "stand on the side of the counter" "show your completed Checkin in screen" etc... the man/agent at the counter just acted like I wasn't there and took the next person in line. My checkout experience was terrible seeing as the key lock box to return was fully open and insecure. I was told when I called the locations number that I would be charged if I did not return the key so she transferred me to the "return department" where I was on hold for 40 minutes and never had anyone answer. After being on the lot for over an hour I left the key in the open Dropbox as another customer service agent told me to. Terrible experience.

One employee seemed to be doing their best to get people in and out, but was simultaneously talking on the phone. I am sure it was work related, but it doesn't work well for customers. You didn't have items I had ordered. Customer service improvement would go a long way.

At 1st I've made reservation to get the storage as well u-haul truck but when I arrived at the storage a young lady was helping me and never finished the processed regarding to have the key for the storage but gave me the car key for the track, however when I came back another young lady was helping me but couldn't find my info & it took her almost half an hour or maybe more to do the process so I can get the storage key & my time was limited at the time & both us was frustrated but the young man with the dreads who was doing almost everything going in the storage was helpful but not the ladies & as of community leader I was late 2do community work, in the end I was happy it was over & the purpose of reservation is to have everything done before arrival & that didn't happen & I was told a limited time to return the truck, so pls take care of the matters & hoping u all well in this very difficult time thx
