The app was hard to navigate. Had log in several times before it directed me the â€œtruck pickupâ€ section. Also pre-paid for the truck & appliance dolly the day before because I had a 6am pickup scheduled. Appliance dolly wasn't in the truck so had to wait for Uhaul to open. All the staff was late. They didn't arrive until 7:20. Then one of the members tried to give me a utility dolly instead of appliance dolly. The whole pickup experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They put me 1.5 hr behind schedule.Donna J.

Not try and double charge me for rental and mileage fees! In addition I was also charged for two days worth of rentals for a hand truck that wasn't even in the truck! I'm still waiting for my refund for the hand truck rentals.Jason L.

The facility is nice, and easy to access. The facility is clean. Only problem I had was that the auto pay failed to setup three times (I finally had to have an associate set it up) which cost me two months of late fees. Notified staff about the auto pay error with no offer to refund a late fee (both 'late' payments were made the day after the auto pay should have been made). Other than that, it's a nice facility and would use again. Just make sure to have them verify your auto pay.Bret W. | Overall Experience

Clean & new (not old & worn down), very well maintained, entrance is excellent (street level outside into ground level inside + access door), plenty of carts, clean & supplied bathroom, plenty of load in/out spots (large enough to navigate a 20’ truck into), layout maps posted to help you find your locker without wandering around, auto sensor hallway light (saves electricity; however no lights in storage locker & small swing door versus roll up overhead door doesn’t allow much light in), comfortable temperature inside, well secured to protect stored property, simple & easy sign up process/paperwork, as well as friendly & knowledgeable staff.Samuel J M. | First Impressions

Staff is always helpful. The place is VERY clean all of the time, including the bathrooms. The carts are useful and the are where you can leave gently used furniture is a nice touch. The two young staff members were super! They both were aware as I came in and immediately offer us a friendly welcoming greet and helped us out. In the days that any retailers are short staff or having over worked staff. IT WAS A PLEASUEABLE EXPERIENCE I will not forget, knowing my RV will be safely stored in this location. I also had spoken with Dan the manager over the phone twice in preparation for my visit a day before while uhaul systems were down, he was very patient, accommodating and a pleasure to talk to over the phone. Severe environmental hazards were created by the thoughtless workers who were attempting to lay asphalt pavement directly in front of our storage locker, producing toxic cloud of dust and gases.CLARE Z.
I attempted to return the vehicle after hours via your phone app. I wasted 20 minutes attempting to return it in the app but the app crashed last night when I tried to take a picture of the mileage and would not let me return the vehicle in the app. I even called Uhaul customer service last night and informed them that I returned the vehicle but could not get your app to work. Now you have still charged me an additional $20 fee this morning and added an additional $1 fee to the environmental fee which was listed originally as $1 on the contract. By my math, I should have been charged $25.08 not $46.03. Please correct my bill. Obviously this is very frustrating, as I tried to do the right thing last night and feel like UHaul is wasting my time. Please fix this. Sincerely, Joe McKernanJoseph M.

The online move in option was absolutely the best! I had a lot of anxiety about going in and renting a unit in a busy office. This option allowed me to pay, get an access code and move right in! The facility was clean and it felt like a very safe environment.Lynette P. | Online Move In
Don't get me wrong, my experience was great! However, I reserved my unit via your website. It lies. On the internet, it said that the unit I reserved could store a 1-2 bedroom unit between 1200-1600 square feet. My two bedroom was just over 1000 square feet. When the movers got there, they said no way my stuff would fit in that unit. I was able to upgrade my unit with the help of the staff. It all turned out well, and the staff was amazing! I'd suggest reassessing the size of the units, and their capacity. Especially how they are advertised on the internet.Amanda R. | First Impressions
