Just keep what you are doing, making the customers happy and acknowledging us like we are family. And most of all respect us who comes in smiling and those with the nasty attitudes. Trust and believe I have been in the store where people come and start cursing and yelling. This location has always been on its behavior. This was a terrible and stressful experience. I called prior to flying back to NOLA from California, to get my last items, to verify that the boxes would be there on time. I was told yes, but the day came and past and no boxes. We literally had the stuff in the drive way since I had only secured help for that 1 day. When we finally got ahold of someone (after hours of trying) we were told it would be 2 weeks. I was able to get them to agree to bring them the next day, but now I had 2 problems 1. I had to put everything back in the house 2. I had no help the next day. It was very hard to get in contact with anyone at the location, when I did they were as helpful as they could be. The boxes were loaded and ready to go, but did not get picked up until at least 2 days later then what was expected.Crystal G.

Workers there do not explain things upon renting and the manager refers repetitively to the contract. She just said if I didn't read it, that's on me. When returning the truck the check-in person kept me out of the office during open hours and at first told me it would be 5.99 a gallon; then after time on his mobile phone said I would get a refund when in reality I had to pay. I paid $32 extra in gas for only going 12-13 miles in a truck that had maybe 2 notches of gas to start. I was told to watch the mirrors but not to replace the gas. When I called to address this with the manager she only knows to tell me repetitively that it's in the contract so it's on me. Better training is needed at this location.
