Great Service. It all worked out well in the end, but the drop off location I requested was Haddam CT and I was given Hamden CT. Not even close. When I saw it, I called the number on my text message and it was changed without any problem. His name was Gabe. TY I dropped it off a day early also, so if I could get compensated it would be greatly appreciated.

The gas was on the line before the E when I picked up the Uhaul. I put 34 dollars in gas when I had the Uhaul. Y'all try to charge me for gas that wasn't in Uhaul I'm not responsible for something that it was no gas in the truck. And y'all made my account negative.

$1 per mile to drive this truck I feel is outrageous I was only moving 6 miles and it cost me two and a half times as much for mileage as it did to rent the truck I would have rented a $39 truck but none was available so I have to rent a $20 truck and make two trips my ass hurts I feel like I got corn whole d by U-Haul

I was sent on a journey just trying to get my truck. Original location didn't have it so they called me the night before to go to another one- inconvenient but I understood- went to Warwick only to find out I needed to go to Fall River- ridiculous- loss of gas and time on my part

The customer service rep said the tank was half full and by the time we got to our destination 10 miles away we realized it was only a 1/4 full so we ended up having to pay much more for the gas.

When I dropped the van back off i was an hour before closing yet the clerk just handed me a slip of paper with instructions to complete online for after hours drop off, yet it wasnt after hours. Said he was too busy to do it. I was not happy with this.

The truck was filthy dirty absolutely disgusting, the front and rattled so much I could not go over 45 miles an hour. Absolutely horrible to not let anybody rent from this location. I called the manager and she didn't even care.

Make sure the windshield on the inside is clean it had streaks drips of some thing running down the inside of the window when I had got it . Second time I've rented a van from this location. Folks have always been helpful and good to work with. This second time they had an all new fleet of vehicles. The van I rented only had 850 miles on it! Thank you for a good experience.

Better accessibility by phone - when I called (both times) - once to say there was no lock on the truck cargo door and another to say I'd be late returning the truck - the hold time said over an hour!! so I hung up both times and mentioned the lock issue when I returned the truck.

I rented a trailer from New Bedford, I was told the closest available was Fall River and if i rented then we could return in New Bedford. Upon rental the Fall River site told us we had to return to them and couldnt bring to New Bedford. If we knew this ahead of time we would have NEVER rented as this was already an inconvenience.

There were rodent feces in my unit and in /on my belongings. I asked several times for something to be done and each time I was given a new mouse trap to place in my unit. My 6 year old autistic couldn't use the facilities as It was dirty (and the bathroom) was covered in human blood and feces a few times when I went there. Also I ended up having to stop taking him with me when I went there because people were in there using drugs on several occasions and I didn't want him exposed to that. It was the final straw for me. I felt It was unsafe. I stopped using the facility for a few reasons but that was the main one for me

The girl in fall river was sweet and hard working .My husband and I enjoyed her .she was super helpful .Answered any questions we had . She could of had someone with her she was running it by herself .In California they don't run anything with just one person due to safety reasons . Customer service agent seemed bored and disinterested. I felt as if I was bothering him trying to pick up the trailer I reserved. I was not offered any help. I had to hook up the trailer myself. I was given a post it note with a trailer number, was told I think it's in “that corner” and “let me know when you're done hooking it up so I can take a picture.” I have used U-Haul many times but will not be returning to this location.

I have tried to reach someone at this location since Thursday, they have lied and said that I did not fill the tank when I actually did and charged me an extra 60$. The amount of gas they are trying to say I used and didn't replace doesn't even make sense when it comes to math wise. This is ridiculous and I will NOT be returning again.

I rented a truck for 2 hours at $19.95 and ended up paying $70 in additional fees. Totally ridiculous..I'll never rent again!! Also I put gas in too..so tack on another $10. In the end it was not worth the money I spent! The girl working there was very nice though.
