I arrived for an appointment at 7:00 am. No one was at the store until 7:45 and I didn't end up leaving the store until close to 8:00 am. I had made an appoint to pickup something at 8 am so I ended up being an hour late. I learned from another customer waiting that this is common at this location and they are always late. I would not recommend renting anything from here if you care to be on time.Andre S.

The first truck they gave me was so beat up and bumper was falling off had to go in and exchange for different truck. The second truck they gave me had a bunch of damage that was not reported so I had to take 10 minutes to take pictures of everything so I didn't get blamed for it.jared C.

The truck I reserved and paid for had a flat tire, the replacement truck had no fuel, they knew it, and didn't think I would make it to the gas station. I also rented a storage space, I was told it was the only space avaliable and there was only 3 steps to the second floor. Since I was storing a gas range, it makes a BIG DIFFERENCE that there were actually 7 steps we had to manipulate. And the storage unit smells of urine. This was not a good experience.Maryellen W.

The girl who checked me in was not friendly at all. She was on her phone when I arrived and I had to wait for her to get off her personal phone. She finally said â€œok I have to let you go I have a customerâ€ rolling her eyes as if I were inconveniencing her. She blew though the instructions and contract so fast I couldn't even retain anything. She was honestly just downright rude and unfriendly. Had such a bad experience when renting out a pickup truck. You leave property in the truck by accident and when you go back they say they didn't find it and don't want to be held accountable for it. They just lost a customer in this location. After you drop off the vehicle they call you complaining for you to get an extension for the rental even though the truck had already been returned. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend it at all at least this location.luis P.

Seeing as how my car was completely cleaned off and didn't require shoveling out immediately following a significant snowstorm, I can only assume the employees here went above and beyond. I hate cold and snow and winter, so to say I was bitter wasting money to rent the Uhaul only to be prevented from using it, is an absolute understatement. When I arrived and saw I didn't have to clean off my car, I couldn't have been more appreciative. I'll be back this coming weekend to rent again! Thank you!!!Lindsay H.

I received one email stating my charge was $40.77; but they charged $56 to my credit card. When I arrived to drop off the van, the employee was nowhere to be found and when he came in, it wasn't clear that he worked there, I was leary about handing him the keys.DEANNE O.
I used a van for 15 miles and was charged $73. when I call to ask for an explanation of why they are charging me an extra 23 dollars they tell me not to deliver the tank with gasoline, I ask if they checked the van and they lie to me saying yes, they lie to me because I took a photo of how I delivered it and no practically no gasoline was used. At the time of handing over the key, it seems that no one bothered to check and make sure that everything is fine because since they already have the card, they later want to steal from the client. Have the staff actually explain the fees and other charges associated with renting the vehicle. I was under the impression, and was certainly not told otherwise that there would be mileage charges, and fuel charges. I thought the milage was part of the rental fee. I left with a little over a half tank of gas, and came back with a half tank of gas, and was charged $16 for that. $22 for mileage, and then a $20 "rental fee", and then three other fees on top of all that. That should all be explained at the time I put in my reservation, and none of that happened. I was not happy with surprise fees.PAUL T.

It took 4 days and 5 different units from 3 different towns to finally be able to have a storage unit. The assistant manager and manager of New Bedford Mass should not have jobs they gave our unit away and then kept giving us units that where not accessible and when given a chance to make it right they kept saying there was nothing they could do and it was our problem. They were rude and talking down and slander about other facilities. They would not watch the video of us looking for our units and they wouldn't bring us to show us any of the units that was unavailable. I will never use you guys or refer you guys and I will be telling everyone about this experience. Your motto is moving is stressful we make it less stressful and that to me is a trash motto for a trash company. Since we had a unit that was on the basement level, we needed to use the conveyor belt. Sending the items down worked okay, but sending them up was difficult. The tread on the belt is so worn down, there is no grip, so a lot of the items kept slipping down and we needed to carry them up the stairs. There were rodent feces in my unit and in /on my belongings. I asked several times for something to be done and each time I was given a new mouse trap to place in my unit. My 6 year old autistic couldn't use the facilities as It was dirty (and the bathroom) was covered in human blood and feces a few times when I went there. Also I ended up having to stop taking him with me when I went there because people were in there using drugs on several occasions and I didn't want him exposed to that. It was the final straw for me.
