Scott M.Not double charge us for insurance. Also on top of our outrageous doubled insurance price the guy tried to charge us for an extra 55 miles . The coordination of app to sales to checkout is all over the place and all not on the same page and the double charge for the best insurance that wasn't required but paid out of fear of the unknown just to be safe but then double charged us when we rented for two days and charged for one day twice at full rates !!! Not cool and very malicious I would like to have my 28 dollars back but I'm sure that won't happen . Now I know not to trust any uhaul dealer and we aren't happy for that slick stuff that was pulled and the attempted slick stuff they also tried to pull so they can do God knows with the money. A Lil here and a Lil there = alot of money and a whole lot more losses for the company since people talk and word of mouth travels fast when stuff like this happens. The over charge attempt on the miles was supposedly an accident so the benefit of the doubt was given, however the over charge and the slick pencil whipping on start miles was not unnoticed. The unfunny thing about it was that all situations coincidentally (WHICH I DONT BELIEVE IN)or maliciously could have been explained as an accident so with 4 incidents in the same transaction process shows that either this location is untrained or sneaky as sin but either or, It needs to be watched out for so in conclusion NO we won't refer, NO we won't go there ever again NO NONE of the rental teams are on in coordination. AND THE PART WHERE IS IT CLEAN AND MAINTAINED PROPERLY IS A "HALFOFNO" SINCE THE TRUCK WAS SWEPT OUT BUT THE CASHIER DIDNT KNO IF THEY HAD A HAND TRUCK "DOLLY" ON THE TRUCK SO I WENT TO GET ONE ELSEWHERE AND WHEN I GOT THERE ,ONE WAS ON THE TRUCK BUT JOT LOCKED IN SO I COULD HAVE BEEN JUST AS SLICK AND TOOK IT AND THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE WISER BUT LUCKILY FOR THEM, WE ARE GODLY PEOPLE AND DIDNT TAKE IT AND ACTUALLY USED MY OWN ZIPTIES AND LOCKED IT IN AFTER WE CLEANED THE TRUCK. Sadly in today's world," It's not what it is, it's what it looks like" and it looks like we were getting ready to be hit from all angles of over chargery that can be disguised as a mistake but fool me once I'll say but really it can't be said because we just didn't want to get into it as we were tired from moving and wanted to go home but the lesson remained and that was to pay attention to the pencil whipping that will happen to whomever chooses this location. Also we won't be talking about this place unless asked so it's a small price to pay to know what ur gonna deal with and in the long run that's better for us . Have a blessed day

Stephanie L.I used the 24/7 pick up and it did not work, the 24/7 woman couldn't get it to work either and that put me 3 hours behind. The manager was called and she lives in a upstairs apartment of the building she never came down to help. I have rented from here 2 other times but not the 24/7 and never again!!!!!!!
Dan D.An obviously new employee at this location told me I had 45 miles over the estimated mileage when I returned the truck. I actually used 5 miles less. Perhaps initial training procedures should be reviewed with your new hires. Otherwise all was good.

ROBERT C.The van exterior could have been washed. We had to stop and clean the windows so we could safely drive. Inside the van was clean. The tire pressure warning was on when we got the van but tires seemed ok. Van ran well and the folks at that location are nice and efficient.
Kevin K.I called U-Haul because my original location did not have a drop off box so they sent me 20 minutes out-of-the-way to a different location that I was a mom and pop U-Haul and it also didn't have a drop box so I took it upon myself after calling U-Haul twice and not getting a great response. ( horrible customer service ) I found a different U-Haul location and they were great.

Jermaine K.1st time rental for me. Seems to have gone well. Although they did list the gas as "full" and it wasn't. Fortunately I had the foresight to take a picture of it with the odometer before I left. I should have brought this to their attention before I left.

TRENT R.The day of picking up my 6X12 trailer I called and they said that the trailer was there as well as the dolly. When I arrived I was informed that the dolly was not available and this was something we really needed. They did offer a discount off my bill, but bottom line is that it should of been there for us.
Robert J.The truck I rented was completely dead the morning after I drove just a little over 10 miles. No lights, no sounds, nothing. I had to charge the battery with my own vehicle to which took over an hour to get the truck going. The Uhaul receptionist at the location was very nice and did not charge a second day because of the delay and even cut off an extra $20.
CHRISTOPHER S.The only problem I have is I got charged twice for almost $40 for going over the miles I indicated I was going to drive the U-Haul, if it wasn't for that I would've rated my experience at excellent.
CORY P.I tried to use the call back number and they actually didn't call me back till over an hour later, although they did text that they were supposed to call me 18 minutes before. Will definitely never use this feature again, complete waste of time.

Michael D.We had a faulty tire on our U-Haul Trailer. The tires tread was falling off and the tire almost blew in the middle of nowhere. Luckily someone behind us saw something and stopped us. We called and had it replaced. But the mechanic to fix it said that it was a faulty tire, that they don't make these tires anymore due to that very reason. He said that those tires don't do well in the heat and that the tread starts to melt away from the tires inside wall. We were stuck on the side of the road for 2+ hours due to this with my pregnant wife. Wasn't the best experience we had with U-Haul. Make sure you fix those tires before you Rent them out to people.
