I called and told the gentlemen Sammie that answered I had a reservation at 6:30 and was wondering where was the exact location. He told me no I moved your reservation to 6:30 because you didnt pick it up when you were supposed to. I said my reservation was in Blunt and I reserved it online specifically for 6:30 and told him I have the confirmation email stating that. He said again no your reservation was at 4:00 and since you didnt pick it up I moved it to 6:30. I told him no it wasn't. He said well somebody had you down for 4 I said ok well someone lied because my reservation was at 6:30 like I said. I thought it was very unprofessional for him to argue with me about a reservation that I know I made. When I did get there I didnt see the young man that I spoke with by phone but I did show my conformation email to the gentlemen that waited on me because I didnt like seeming like a liar. He also said to me your reservation was at 4. I have always used uhaul in the past and never had any be argumentative with me like that.

Make sure your clerks treat your customers with respect, I waited at least 15 minutes before he stopped doing whatever he was doing on the computer.... Very rude....and he gave me a dollies that I never used before, and it was broken with a damaged wheelI'm use to the two wheelers handtruck....

Overall, the facility is well kept but the yard could be improved by paving the back area where customers park.

We made a reservation 3 weeks in advance for a 20' truck, then got a call a few days before pickup and was told it wasn't available. Fortunately, we were able to get a 26' truck but even that was in doubt the day before we departed. Reservations aren't worth much if you can't keep them.

This location was having computer issues and it took over 40 minutes to complete the transaction, that was the only negative,Daniel was great and I was very happy overall with my experience and I will definitely use this location again in the future

Great customer service. Equipment and truck well up to par. Clean interior and exterior. No big splatters all over windshield. You can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. They even offer free parking.

He can't do anything about the issue nore does he care,. Its just rediculish that I had to be charged on the spot for late drop off due to this situation You should have a review on how the company is on their higher ups with poor situations,.

The people at the office were very nice but I will not use the company again. They completely messed up my reservation and caused an excessive amount of work for my family to be able to move. Very upset with the process. It was not the fault of the guys at this location- they were great and very sorry about the mix up since the scheduling people had over booked them.

Not the problem of the employee, this man understood my frustration and took care of the U-Haul for me. I was trying to check out with my mobile device, but the page would crash every time I tried to upload a photo of the dashboard. Very thankful to the man who took care of it for me. My bottom line for both locations is employees good, Uhaul bad. The website needs to be fixed because if I have the same problem again next time , it will be my last time working with Uhaul

Make sure the drop off location is close to the address in which the customer is moving, by logging more information from the customer. Our drop-off location was, originally 30 miles from the address of the move. And we were misinformed by the customer associate at the pick- up location, who told us, “You can just drop it off at any location.” We were already over 5 miles, with no joy-riding. I felt like we got swindled and will not be using U-Haul in the future!

The truck was terrible. You could push the gas and the RPMs would go up but the truck would barely move. We were told to sweep it out but there was a cigarette butt in the back when we got it. The lock did not function properly. I would not return to this location.

Requested a 10' truck with trailer from the nearest location to pull my damaged car; paid in full while doing the reservation. Got sent to another location and assigned a 15' truck. New location didn't know I was coming, couldn't understand the difference in price. Ended up having to pay extra to finish the process, and it took almost an hour to get everything set up. However, they were friendly and helpful despite the frustrations. The truck and trailer were in good shape, and got us home safely.

The truck rented to us was not in the best condition for an out-of-state drive. We did tell the UHaul associates where we were going and the distance in miles and they gave to us a truck that was only for local use. The brakes were not in good shape and they didn't even provide us with a key to the back gate lock. After we had paid and and signed for the truck, we were told that the truck was local and needed to be returned at the same location the next day. We explained that it would not make sense to pay double for gas and mileage along with the loss of time. The associate told us that if we did not return the truck, we would be fined heavily. So, what I probably should have done was make a scene, force them to return my money, and never use UHAUL again. But I did the nice thing and complied with what they told me to do. I paid double everything, paid double for gas for the care ride home, and lost a day of work for extra travel. I will never,ever use UHAUL again and I will advise anyone to stay away unless they enjoy being scammed.

Daniel, who apparently owns this franchise, was a complete jerk on the phone. Good luck getting them on the phone at that. Wont use again, horrible representation for the Uhaul company. Will literally go anywhere else

I had a reservation at another location (Mighty Mini Storage) but when I showed up they had closed early so I had to find another location to get a truck. I was disappointed but I called Uhaul and they moved my reservation to the Eastridge location. The guy in Eastridge was awesome! He made the transaction easy and smooth. I really appreciate his kindness and understanding. Thanks.

The gentleman argued with me that the 10’ trucks don’t have ramps when I clearly said they did. I was charged for a 15’ and received a 10’ rental. And was charged for the 15’ when returned no refund on of the difference. Overall the gentleman is horrible to deal with and the lady was just as bad you would ask a question and they would laugh at your face. Crazy but I’ll rent from budget next time. Horrible service. They was to worried about being on their phone vs helping the customers. I would honestly like a refund for how I was treated by them.

Truck was great, vehicle was essentially ready when it needed to be at 7am. We rented this truck weeks in advance to go pick up some family furniture in Birmingham and return it to Chattanooga. We requested it for the full day however when we arrived I was informed a second rental had been scheduled for 5pm. This put me under a serious time constraint all day, as such, I was unable to get everything I needed completed & may require a second rental & trip. U-Haul however will likely not receive that business.

I rented a 15 ft truck, drove it 17 miles and it used over 7 gallons of gas. Paid over $17 for gas. Ridiculous. Every where I looked a bunch of brag about the mileage. I expected to get more than 2 or 3 mpg. When you question anything at this location, everyone gets a blank stare and ignores you. Always good service and equipment at the Broad St location. East Ridge is the worst!!!!

I returned the vehicle in a little over an hour and had only 8 miles usage. I handed the keys to a woman who was working with Daniel the manager. However, she obviously did not do the paperwork and I was called on Saturday (3/2) asking me where the vehicle was. When I stated the info above, Daniel found the key almost immediately and stated that they must have not done the paperwork. This is very concerning and makes it appear that I will get charged for keeping the vehicle another day. Who knows what kind of charges will be charged to my credit card?
