The counter guy wasn't wearing a mask to protect the customers. A blatant disregard for customer safety, service, and courtesy. Also, the online "skip-the-line" process is a joke and has never worked at this location. I think I am done with Uhaul.

I did not have a stellar experience. I reserved a storage unit from on line reservation tool only to fjnd out that when I went to the facility in person that the last two bins available were damaged from a water leak and out of service. The manager on site said corporate didn't know what his real inventory was. Then I learned that this office had been operating without internet or ability to print contracts for over a day. The manager was issuing contracts with his spotty reception phone. I was in line for over an hour with only one person in front of me. The manager didnt like that I tried to make needed changes to my reservation by calling the 1-800 customer service line while I waited. He called me out in front of the four others standing in line. Good service experience? I would say not really.

The person in charge needs to improve customer service and how he runs his business. My reservation was at 1pm. I hired movers to assist with my move beginning at 2pm. I thought the 1 hr difference would be enough time. We arrived to pick up the truck at app. 1:10. The guy in charge told us that he did not have a truck ready and he was having internet problems. He asked what name the rental was in asked us to give him 15-20 min. We did. When we arrived the second time he was on the phone (talking quite loudly) to someone about some boxes. He had not pulled up the reservation or attempted to begin processing the reservation even though he had my name, knew I had a 1pm reservation and was returning shortly. His assistant asked my name, looked for the reservation and attempted to assist us but could not get on the internet. He tried for app. 10 min. We asked about the probability of him connecting because I was supposed to meet the movers soon. He stated it could be another 15 min. before he connected. Meanwhile the head guy was chatting away on the phone. At this point I stated that I was going to another location. Almost immediately after I said that he got off the phone and voila he connected to the internet on his device almost instantly. At least 15 min. had passed. By now we are getting close to 2pm and still have to travel to the location to meet the movers who I have hired for 2 hrs. When I attempted to express my concerns (to my son) the head guy butted into the conversation and was very defensive. He even threatened to end the transaction. He should have been apologetic and offered me a discount for the problems he caused me. Instead he put my return time at 1:20 even though he said the return time would be later. Also he did not have a furniture dolly available as I requested and paid for in my reservation. I really wish I had been informed that he was behind, did not have proper internet access and that he did not have a furniture dolly. It would have been great to be given that information and the opportunity to do business elsewhere. He greatly exacerbated the stress of moving by his inefficiency and lack of professionalism. I do not intend to ever use this location again and would not recommend it to anyone. This guy was horrible and his services worse.

One employee working at 9am on Sunday. When I walked in he had 9 people in line. The internet was down so he was having to check people out on his phone. Location was out of rentable moving blankets. That being said I got charged for the moving blankets bc of an issue with pre-check out- your website didn't know they were out of blankets. The man couldn't void the cost of the blankets using his phone. It took me almost an hour past reservation time to get my vehicle and I was subsequently late to return it due to this. The vehicle was brand new and in great condition.

The truck was not there. They said the other location should have notified me by e-mail, which they did not. The other location was 12 miles away in city traffic, which was about $7 dollars in gas round trip at 10 mpg. I would not recommed U-haul to anyone.

Hire more employees! The ones that are there are very helpful and friendly but this location is far too busy for only one or two people. This was also the case a few months ago when I was there. Manager was doing ok but the whole store of customers and another employee were wearing a mask except him. It's a pandemic so do the bare minimum.

First off I get to uhaul at 515 after being on a 95 minute call wait time. Online they say they are open until 7 and when I get there the signs say they close at 5. I try to mobile pick up the 17ft truck I rented and it won't let me check in to get the truck. I see a employee walk out of uhaul around 6ish I'm guessing he was the manager and he tells me the truck I already reserved and paid for was stolen today. I was never told this. So I end up getting a 15ft truck and by the time all of this is said and done I'm leaving uhaul at 645 to move all of my stuff. This set me back by about 4 hours and having a smaller truck then needed I had to take 2 extra trips and didn't even finish all of my moving. I'm very upset with uhaul now because I have to spend more money to get another uhaul today to finish the move.

Hire more help. Increase inventory of pickup trucks, Give Jon Mark Barrows a huge raise. He saved U-Hauls cookies by single-handley opening the store with 30 customers waiting and managed their needs with precision and grace.

First, I arrived at 9a to pick up my truck via the 24/7 share. The app stated that no equipment was assigned to me. They hadn't prepared my truck the night before for the early pick up. So had I needed the truck any earlier then I would have been shit out of luck. However the store was just opening. The lady opening said she had to check in a truck and clean it. By the time she had cleaned it, 6 other people were waiting and I still couldnt check in on the app because it was requiring an alternate phone number and contact. What if I didn't have one? Again.... Shit out of luck.... What if I needed the truck at 3a? Oh, you'd still call people that early and inconvenience them? Again, I'd be shit out of luck. While everyone was waiting three was another employee sitting inside an office right next to the cashier's desk with the door open and sitting on a computer the entire time.and he said not a word to me or anyone else waiting. When I finally got my truck, I got the spiel from the lady about everything and was told that when done I should drop the key off in the drop box. So I finished my move and dropped the truck off at 3pm and put the key in the Dropbox as requested. The next day I get my receipt and lo and behold I have a charge for an "after hours service charge." But why? Oh because apparently I was supposed to turn the key in person even though I was never told that. And now they want to dispute refunding me the charge even though I never did anything after hours. Horrible experience and will never shop uhaul again.

Truck was unavailable on the date reserved tho booked a month in advance (along w/3 other people in line with me). Thus, had to wait a day to get truck & had to reschedule loaders (booked thru Uhaul). That cost an extra $50 to get them to work on a Sunday. Nightmare experience all around. I used to work for Ryder Truck Rental in the 80's. Should've known better but thought Uhaul had gotten their act together over the years. A bIg NOT!!!!

The online check-in was a nightmare. Despite having a full 5G signal, the process was extremely slow. Coming back, it was even worse. You're app would continually not accept my picture of the odometer and gas level. I went to go get help inside and the store was closed 2.5 hours early due to short staffing. I finally gave up and just put the keys in the drop box, not knowing what will happen... there was no way for help. It was all a horrible experience.

Everything about this facility worked for me, except the foul smell that remained consistent and that permeated our belongings. I placed a call expressing our concerns, along with the cause of the problem, but no one ever got back to me to talk more about it. I'll consider other storage units in the future. But, for equipment rental, and staff friendliness, this facility is tops.

I earned a month of free storage after spending over $2,000 on a truck and trailer reservation in November. I moved out a week before the end of the month but kept receiving invoices for balance due. Tried to contact the GM many times but never heard back. After the most recent email talking of collections and liens I called again and finally spoke to a service agent elsewhere. The bill was taken care of but I still have not heard a word from manager at the facility. Not a good experience.

The ONLY comment I have is the storage room and the area of the building where the our space was SMELLED AWFUL! It has an odor like a rat smell. We were very happy we were getting our furniture out as I imagine if we were there longer we would not have been able to get the smell out. It was so bad it was hard to breathe while emptying the unit.

The lady in the store was so busy when I came in, helping her crew get a rental cleaned and ready for a customer, taking care of sales, helping me get a unit and even parked my truck for me to unload it conveniently and not affect other customers. All this with a smile and never losing her cool or making anyone feel they were a bother. Excellent professional service..
