First called uhaul in asheville nc and they sent me to woodfin. And the guy said he just had rotation truck not long distance trucks so he was helpful and he called and told then was sent to brevard rd to a storage unit waited there for an hour non showed up so once again called uhaul told them what was going on and they sent me to swanannoa river rd where i finally got a truck and these people were super nice. So loaded up and tn bound

THE STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL!!! THANK YOU GUYS! THIS LOCATION NEEDS WIFI IN ORDER TO COMPLETE ONLINE TRUCK PICK UP, IT IS A PAIN IN THE A** TRYING TO DO IT WITH POOR CELLULAR SERVICE IN THIS MOUNTAIN LOCATION WITH LIMITED SERVICE. WIFI WOULD GREATLY EXPEDITE THIS PROCESS AND HELP MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES' DAY A LITTLE EASIER. CHEERS!

Everything was good. But my furniture dolly and movers dolly where not in the truck after I got to site to move and it was a pain in the ads to move with out them. And I got charged for the rental on them but didn't get them

I got over charged I called after I did the log in to show my truck was there it tride to charge me for gas and more miles I didn’t use and the lady left a note for this office to not charge me untill they had talked to me first but they did anyways I went down there to work it out they could only refund me part of it cause there truck mileage was messed up and it takes y’all forever to return the money so I have to go borrow money so my pregnant wife can eat till I get paid all cause they didn’t listen to the note the lady left I will not rent from this location again at all and one lady said it’s the banks fault my money didn’t come right then and I said no my bank puts it in soon as they get it and I said I made a return at Walmart the morning and I got it right then called my bank and they said the same thing that they post it soon as they receive it and the lady continued to argue with me that it was my banks fault it wasn’t it was there fault for charging even tho they were told not to till they talked to me and it’s there fault the money is not sent to the bank right then and there fault I had to borrow money to feed my pregnant wife the guy named miles I beleive was great he’s new I beleive and was trying to help the older white lady don’t know her name was a snob but anyways still waiting for my money and I will never use this location again unless they make mr miles the head over that location

Long wait to pick up, and even longer to drop off. A few more people during peak hours would do it. They told me I could drop it off on line, but I like dealing with humans and had to go to the location anyway. Vehicle was clean ok, the steering very loose. Otherwise no problem.

I set up a reservation for a one bedroom apartment storage unit,,when i got there, i had to trow away a lot of my stuff because they only had 1 unit on the top floor,,(WHAT-A-SET-UP.)

Worst display of systems and customer service EVER. Nothing makes sense, the management is exasperated, the wait time is ridiculous, saw three people leave cussing, and felt like doing so myself. Sad.

My move to Asheville routed me through four U-Haul facilities and this was the best! This is a U-Haul center, whereas two of the others were dealers. Don’t go to dealers for auto transports!!

I did not know my original unit was inside, ended up paying for too big of a unit, struggled to get a strap on door, dealt with long lines always and multiple times so stuff is ruined.

Lift door was poorly maintained with missing center pull strap Small rope on right corner was not located appropriate for lifting the roll up door which was heavy and difficult

the one staff i always saw was the most patient, kind, long suffering employee. The "climate controlled" unit was wet and 90 degrees. I could not get a refund. Very bad experience.

Consider leading within U-Haul Organization in providing “ reasonable Accomodations “ to legally SSA Disabled U-Haul users &/or accessibility in the disposal of Mattresses. $100 fee too high.

The only problem I had was the wait time to get service I think it would be a good idea to have someone to hook up trailers and check trucks and leave the cashier taking care of customers be faster?

The staff was rude and not helpful. When asked if I could talk to the manager the gal replied “she she’s really busy”. The place is very inconvenient and the storage units are dark.

I went in to close my storage unit 1103 and the wait time was ridiculously long. There were only two people working with 9 people in line. I was not happy with that.
