The truck rattled really bad. The plastic below the glove box was dislocated and as the truck shook it was vibrate and make constant noise. I tried taping it shut but it wouldn't stay. It also sounded like there were things rolling around under the dash or clacking together. Truck ran fine and was perfect for what we needed.CORY H.

I just felt like whoever was driving the truck before me, destroyed the transmission of the truck or like people really don't know how to drive. Friendly customer service. Quick. The website for checking in a vehicle after hours was sloggy where pages had to be reloaded multiple times and even timed me out. This is something the location can't fix and I acknowledge this completely. The equipment check at the beginning seems redundant and passing the buck on the customer unless it's not company policy to keep record of prior damages and vehicle condition. Once again something this location cannot control beyond company policy. The key drop off was not anywhere the entrance or main building so dropping off the keys was not accurately indicated by the instructions. This wasted more of my time as a customer as I had to hunt down the indicated drop off box that was not visible from the entrance of the building where my contract was drawn. Maybe a sign or coordination with the online instructions would help. The fuel gauge was not actually full as I filled the vehicle with more fuel than I used to ensure a full reading by mistake. By trusting that it was full to begin with I wasted money I will not find reimbursed. Which is infuriating. If the tank is not factually filled at the location of pickup how am I to trust anything else put forward from that location or from Uhaul as a company? I understand it's in the contract not to reimburse. If the company cannot act in good faith, while expecting the same, and create trust how am I supposed to recommend it's services or feel like I am being fairly treated?LINDSAY E.

The equipment was broken when I went to go use it. Which when you are renting out a auto transport is extremely dangerous. I told them about it but it seem to go in one ear and out the other. If I was this U-Haul I was refunded my money because they could have damaged my vehicle if I didn't know better.ADAM G.
