CLINT PWhen I arrived back to the facility with the truck, one of the gentlemen that works in the back to spex. The vehicle was very rude to me. He had a bad attitude, and when he told me that he needed to check the mileage on the truck, he told me to get out, not respectically.He told me to get out that was pretty rude.He had an attitude me, so I turned around and yelled at him that he should not be doing that that he needs to be more respectful.Another person that was working inside the facilita came out, also had an attitude with me, and that person will kept taunting to me when I was walking away and I turned around, so I yelled back at them and told them that they're pretty rude.
ANTHONY CWhen a customer orders equipment online, like I did and I order a truck with a trailer for my car and I receive a phone call the day before telling me that the place I reserved the truck and trailer at no longer has the truck available and they made me go to a different place to pick up the truck and then come back to the original place to pick up the trailer, that was very frustrating. If they don't have the truck and trailer at the same place when it says that they did when reserving it should be U-Haul's responsibility to get both of them to the same place so the customer doesn't have to drive to two different places. The person on the phone who is giving me that information was very uncaring and well that's what it says in the fine print type of language and I was very unimpressed and gave me a sour taste in my mouth for U-Haul at the moment the stores themselves where I picked up The truck and the trailer were both great, but the experience itself was not good

DENNIS JOur unit had a leak . Rain water got in and damaged 15 boxes . Had to buy 45 dollars worth new boxes and tape from you guys to repack the damaged boxes on site that day. Reported leak to staff member that finalized our move out from the unit .

JASON MOur unit along with several other units were broken into. When the manager met me at my unit after I discovered the break in all I got was a "well we've been calling you about your lock". I received 1 voicemail from the facility regarding the break in's but nothing more. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement considering there are no cameras facing any of the units and there has been nothing done to increase security. Since you need a code to get in and out of the gate I would assume the person doing the break ins is a current renter or they have given the gate code out to someone they know. We have opted to move our items to another storage facility and to not prorate our monthly rent because of our choice to move due to the circumstances is unacceptable.

ORVILLE WWe got caught in heavy rain and the truck had mismatching old falling apart windshield wipers that made driving in the rain very dangerous. They made visibility worse when wiping. I had to stop in the rain and spend $40 on new wipers. Everything else was fine.

DAN SI really didn't want to use the online app for the check in, but I did use the web site for making the reservation. I did have to wait a few minutes but once I was at the counter the representative was very helpful and got me on the road quickly. He provided me some helpful information about the gas refill and made sure that I had the emergency and direct contact information. Similarly the check back in process was very smooth and quick.

SHEILA SDon't call the customer at 7am and be a complete jerk for everyone else not returning their keys. I had until 10:15am to have the truck back to you, not my problem you don't keep an extra key. Tell customers where to leave your trucks if you don't want them left in the spaces marked "return". And then when called out on said phone etiquette they can't even apologize for their mouth.

Renae MWe had an issue with a lock box location and ended up going to this location to pick up a truck. Those lock box locations are bad. The website doesn't function and the frustration of it is too much. Please go to a location the has team members on site.

O'MAR WMy only complaint is the registers at this store have way too many impulse sale racks that are too tall. When standing in line waiting to get an open register you cannot see if there is even a person there. They are good about waving and saying "I can help you over here", but it's a bit awkward. Otherwise the people at this location are generally very helpful and every time I've rented a trailer it was a great experience.
GERALD SGood location. Good supply of vehicles. But the 10 ft truck I got had a lot of interior damage not being fixed. Also the guy working the vehicle returns charged me for two days of use when I only used the truck for less than 12hrs and he was rude about it.

JOSE MI accidentally reserved the wrong type of trailer. When I realized this, the staff went out of their way to get me the correct trailer. I am very happy with the services they provided and I highly recommend them.

Anirudh KA little more mechanical maintenance would be good. The alignment was a little off in the truck and brakes felt like I had to hold down really hard to stop and keep it stopped.

I was told that my unit would fit my needs as i drove all the way from Idaho and it was to small. Horrible experience had to go find a different storage facility and pay more money.

Staff put a U-Haul lock on it, then said 'I' had to pay for a locksmith to cut it off! Had to file a police report and the forensic van came out to take pix and dust for prints. Was told this was an 'ongoing' problem at this location. Charged me late fees when I was not late. Called to dispute. Was told they would call back. Instead, sent a bill to my deceased father. Billed me for additional month AFTER I moved out of first unit because THEY were too lazy to walk the property! Just moved out of second unit...and 5 DAYS LATER, sent me a bill saying I'm late with my rent. Most incompetent, dishonest staff. This was at the Chandler, AZ location on Arizona Ave and Knox.

It would be nice if the rocks/dirt would have been pavement. I think that would make the experience much better. Also more lighting both outside and inside of the storage would be nice as well.

I came back to ask if i could get a refund for the 2 on wheels and was told no. You have video footage we didn't use them and came back less than 45 mins to request this. I kept the large one because thats what we needed for the large pieces. Customer service is key they heard me going back and forth or what i needed and knew it was for dressers.

I experienced several destructive break-ins at this facility and well over $5,000 worth of things stolen over several weeks, that does not include cost of repairs & time spent trying to follow up with a manager that could never make himself available to show me what video they captured of the culprit (after having filed a police report & having a right to view the videos). That facility is poorly maintained, has the same cut chainlink fence still in place from the break-ins (just chained together something lousy), & lacks proper security to deter these crimes from occurring in the future. Potholes and mud puddles never get tended to, the gate was lubed once in my time there & you could really tell the difference when it finally happened. Uhaul needs to see how they're being represented out here. It's raggedy. Would not, Do not, Will not, Never Could I Recommend This Facility, individually. Uhaul as a whole, sure. But they need to put their thumb down on this place.

It took a medium uhaul truck to load up all my stuff, and I left with an amount that fits into my 2008 Chevy Malibu. I filed a police report and took all necessary measures to ensure some type of refund or answers as to why this had happened TWICE. I received one months refund and that was it. To say I am upset would be a massive understatement. I had things stolen from me that are priceless and can never be replaced, ever. Not to mention the sheer magnitude of stuff that was taken from me. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

My unit was in front of a huge water puddle and made it difficult to access my unit without dragging mud into it.the back lot needs asphalt. There was also no climate control available so I had to get my stuff out of there before it got too hot. If you have high end furniture this is probably not the best place to store your items. Price was reasonable. it's an old lot so don't have high expectations if you plan to store items here.
